Thanks for sharing that wonderful story.  I am soooo happy to hear that she got a wonderful home.  Not all of them are that lucky.  I can only hope that as more people hear these stories, we can get a couple to go to their local shelter to adopt.

Hmm, let's see. Are you ready? lol I have a 4 dogs, 3 cats, a parakeet, a cockatoo and 3 pot bellied pigs in the house. Then outside I have to many pot bellied pigs lol, numerous chickens, 5 ducks, 4 horses and a goat.

I rescue and all the animals here, including the chickens and ducks are rescues. Everyone here was homeless, abandoned, or abused.

Wow!  you got a busy house too.  We live in town so we are limited to the number of outside pets we can have.  That is probably a good thing.  We just brought home a bunny tonight that was stranded by its mom.  It looks to only be a week or two old.  We are hoping we can keep it a live and get it to thrive.  Then we can release it back into the wild.  wish us luck!!
