 Some one was upset because they didn't get their cash out fast enough to suit them and so they reported ASD to the Attorney General. Our attorneys are working with the Attorney Generals office and this should all be cleared up within this week.

ASD is the very best thing that could have happened to me. So keep the faith and remember that God does answer our prayers no matter how big or how small.

As Of Today 8-4-08 A Message from Robert

Good Afternoon All-
 
I have been getting a number of messages from folks stating that they received checks in the mail on Saturday and today.
 
I "highly" recommend that you do "not" cash or deposit those checks since the bank accounts associated with ASD do not have the funds in them to cover the checks.  Hang on to them until we all get the "green light" from ASD to start cashing or depositing them again.
 
If you attempt to cash them or deposit them you will be told by your bank that the ASD account does not have enough funds to cover your check.  This will
just delay your gaining access to those funds even longer and cause you even more frustration. 
 
I have heard from a couple of people that did try to cash them and now they wish they had not. 
 
Please use common sense folks.  The ASD bank accounts are what have been frozen right now.  The rest of ASD is up and operational.  Anybody spreading rumors that ASD operations have been shut down are spreading false information.  Don't be one of those people spreading such rumors. 
 
Take care and hopefully we will all hear good news within a short period of time.
