About Me
About Me

I am a true Albertan and Canadian.  I grew up on a farm in central Alberta.  I have spent most of my life in Alberta but I have done a fair amount of traveling around the  world when I was in my '20's.  I have a B.A. in Psychology and a Masters of Divinity.  I actually trained as a Hospital Chaplian.  But life events change the direction we had intended to go.  So now I am married to Duncan, who has MS.  So I am a full-time caregiver to him and a full-time Internet Marketer.  I have been working online for a few years without much success.  But a few months ago I found a great team to work with and a great company with a great future and a fantastic history, Shaklee.  They are the #1 nutritional company in North America and the only company in the world that is consider enviromentally neutral.  We are more than a vitamins company, we have the newest anti-aging product n the market-Vivix.  It is a vitamin supplement that makes you  feel 25 years younger and live 25 years longer. It is the biggest medical breakthrough in medicine and is backed up with great medical research behind it.

I have many hobbies most of which I don't have time to do.  I love DYI projects and have been working on different projects ever since we bought this old house.  It was a rental for 30 years by the small town equivalent of a slum landlord.  So I have put a lot of blood, sweat and tears into reviving this house.  It is a slow process but I am enjoying the process even though i cant wait until I have a whole house neat and tidy and I can say I did this on a very tight budget.  I'm excited in the process but look forward to the end of it.

I love to paint and draw.  I enjoy writing and have had a few poems published.  I look forward to the time that I can really start working on my novel.  I also enjoy gardening, nature and walking my two dogs, Mickey and Lady Di, even when it is -30.

I believe that life is too short to dwell on what we have lost.  Instead we should be thankful for what we have gone through.  I strongly believe that what doesn't kill you only makes you stronger.  So as I go through the struggles of daily living  and though I don't know what the future holds, I do know who holds the future.
