Hello, I am a 46 y / o newly married man to one amazing lady who is the love of my life and a father to one one lovely lady who is 15 years old. . 

 My Philosophy is this, there are Leaders, Followers and People That Should Get Out the Way, or as I say (Get Out of the Way-ers). I am definitely a leader. . What is the definition of a leader?
