Beloved Ones, I come on the wings of love to speak with you about the wonderful events that have been taking place and the wonderful transformations that are now occurring upon the Earth. You have been diligently performing your tasks and have been coming more and more into the understanding of your role here on the Earth and that is a wonderful accomplishment for we of the higher realms to see. We are in awe of your great resilience, power and ability to anchor the cosmic Light into the Earth. We are also in awe of your ability to adapt to the constant changes that you are experiencing in your daily lives, and we are in awe of the great Light that you are radiating. The Light of love shines brightly within your heart chakras, the Light of intelligence illuminates your entire energy field. You truly are honored representatives of the Light of God that never fails. As all the grids have become more powerfully connected and they interact, this energy interacts upon the entire planetary grid system. This is igniting within the consciousness of each human being upon the Earth. As your Light grows, it automatically, Dear Ones – automatically - spreads upon the Earth to all others. Wherever you walk on this Earth, you impart this radiant Light to those around you and you ignite within them the desire to know God as you know God. You impart to them the desire to experience the goodness of their own being, to experience the purity and the strength, the inner strength, and the power and sovereignty of their being. Each of you does this without too much thought as you walk upon the Earth in your daily lives. Even though you do not advertise this activity in any way, still, just by your mere presence, this radiating and spreading of Light occurs. And so we have here an ignition that is occurring automatically, wherever you may go. Those of you who have volunteered to be transducers of the cosmic energies are beginning to feel and understand that this is occurring as you move about in your daily lives, as you travel, or as you get the urge to travel. This you are doing by following our prompts to bring more Light into certain areas. Know that wherever you go, the cosmic Christ Light is being anchored, and we say to you, Beloved Ones, this Earth is being lit up as a great Light from afar and all who live upon her are now beginning to vibrate in the frequencies of joy, peace and harmony and are manifesting these qualities onto the Earth plane to everyone and everything around them. The frequencies of joy, peace and harmony are of immense benefit to the Earth and all her inhabitants. Because of the ups and downs of the ascension process, this has not always been a joyful process for the Lightworkers of the world to hold steady. Know that at those times, your Light is being reinforced by those of the higher realms. So do intend to attune yourselves to these frequencies each day at the beginning of each day, that you may be a carrier of these frequencies wherever you may go. I, Metatron, look upon each of you and marvel at the Lights that you have become, growing in radiance, brilliance and purity. Well done, Dear Ones! We from the higher realms of Light are indeed proud of each and every one of you. We honor you and bow to you in the deepest respect and gratitude for all that you do, for all that you are, for the great Light that you shine upon this world. 	Renew & Take Stock at Year End - Prepare Yourself for 2020 Mega Shifts Posted by Selacia - December 4, 2019 As we near the end of 2019 there is an increasing intensity in the air. Emotions are more on the surface. Many people are challenged staying centered enough to avoid overreacting or jumping into a scenario they later will find problematic. The tensions involved with handling a multitude of things at once can feel overwhelming. Continue reading for background and some simple tools for riding the intensity waves with more ease and inner peace. Background If December this year seems more difficult you are not imagining it. The reasons vary from person to person, yet most of us are being impacted by things like the following: the general unstable state of our outer world knowing how much needs to change for us to have a livable planet and loving global society concerns, even if they are unconscious, about climate and the Earth's future energy cycles and the impact of mega planetary conjunctions that are beginning to impact each of us whether or not we understand astrology we as individuals are being catalyzed on inner levels, sometimes without conscious awareness, to make huge changes in how we live personally and operate in the world the tempo of all things has accelerated with so much seeming to come at us simultaneously now, we can get bogged down by minutia and decisions that before were easier to handle. Relate to any of these examples? I'll include much more on all in my Predictions 2020 eBook being prepared now. Meanwhile, below are some practical approaches for where we are - things you can put in place now and throughout December. Prepare Yourself for 2020 Mega Shifts Here are three ways to begin preparing yourself for the 2020 mega shifts and end the year on a high note. FIRST - Take Stock of Yourself and Your Life I mention this first, as this is essential to knowing yourself on a deeper level and beginning to intuit what needs shifting in your personal life. Taking stock is like an inner spiritual review of self, from your Higher Self's perspective. There's a tendency in all of us to ignore the need to shift outdated approaches to ourselves and being in the world. That's our ego-based conditioning. Ironically we are hard-wired at a DNA level to change and evolve. At the same time, we are conditioned to prefer the safety of what we know and think we can do or be. I suggest going into meditation, turning off your thinking mind and energetically inviting insights about yourself. Be bold, daring, and fearless as you look inside. It's not scary. In fact, when you take stock you will discover many things that make you smile and give you comfort. SECOND - Clear Baggage of Old Energies, DNA Patterns Now is an excellent time to assess and clear old stuck energies that can otherwise hold you back as we enter the 2020s. Many of them are likely rooted at a DNA level in past circumstances, in family upbringing, in ancestral patterns, past lives, and issues your soul wants you to address in this precious life. Unless you are trained to work with DNA, you won't be able to see these, for they lie hidden in the subconscious - catalyzed into expression when certain life events occur. THIRD - Renew and Replenish Before the end of any year, but especially this one, it's vital to energetically resource yourself for the coming year. Renewal and replenishment can take many forms. Your own approach may be different than that of others. Tune into what refreshes you most and helps you reset your energies. Ask yourself before you plan a holiday how you can work around the often typical stress that comes with family gatherings, travel, and taking downtime. Be good to yourself. You don't have to say "yes" to everything or everyone. Remind yourself that you are loved and you deserve the space and time to replenish your body and mind. In fact, give your overthinking and over-planning mind a vacation too. I look forward to connecting with you again soon. This time period. If ever there was a ‘time’ to take our focus INWARD, away from the noise of the brain’s inner chatter, this is it. This time period. If ever there was a time to let others be, and be on their own path and perceptions, this is it. This time period. To pull back from the dream, for YOU and your OWN rise forthcoming. Be assured, this IS thus far, (only thus far), an experience of parallels and polarities. Be assured if you are wishing to turn inward NOW, into being silent to hear the higher essences of you, your Self Created reality will present distraction after distraction as you try to. Understand that YOUR HIGHER SELF is master-minding your RISE in consciousness, and will always bring in choices for your free will to respond to; will you currently allow all distractions that are IN your Self Created dream to override your path, or will you be wise and steadfast, and hold to your inner knowing and wisdoms, knowing in part of the HUGE precipice we are moving into, together. Family, friends, loved ones, people you don’t know, unexpected events, business of this and that, will all flood in, NOW, created by your Higher Self, for the lower self to make HIGHEST choices in this NOW (lower self only meaning the lower energetic frequency so the experience of less perception/less consciousness). It’s a choice, to view the wider picture for all and make the HIGHER choices from within you, or be REACTIVE to the illusion and events as they present. This is what your Higher Self does. It gives you choice, so that as we each take the higher frequency choice more and more, we become the Higher Self more and more. We ARE to become the Higher Self, fully, with human form, with an outer consciousness that does not lie within the dream reality. We can not become in full, the Higher Self, unless we match it in choices, actions, beingness, and thus match it’s higher energetic frequency. The Higher Self is ENERGY BASED, it works directly with energy, outside of the illusion. Guiding you, as observer for the whole, as a balance, peaceful observer outside of the dream, with a neutral vastness of knowing and at ONE with all, so not a self focus consciousness that focuses on the small stuff or submerged within the dream reality itself. We can all connect within, to rise higher in our energetic frequency. By being at peace. By being wiser. By being LOVE. By allowing the dream and all in our reality to be on their way, be in their own lane, knowing they are responsible only for themselves as we hold, are love for them, with compassion. By going within NOW, thus hearing, seeing, FEELING, EXPERIENCING the higher energetics being gifted to each NOW, we rise, we integrate, we prepare our body, for this unprecedented time that lies ‘ahead’ that humanity will also adjust to. YOU...are the balance and energy necessary for this huge transitional phase. This is for some a HUGE Initiation Passageway before solstice. If so, the advice is to Hold your path. Know it. Be that. It’s YOUR journey, your time, to honour YOU, giving time to yourself, to BE LOVE WITHIN, and emitting as energy, LOVE WITHOUT. You become the wiser one, less reactive, as you journey back to being known within you, as ALL THAT IS. The Key...is always LOVE frequency, within. Let others be all they wish to be. Love them as that. Then, be LOVE to thyself and true to your own path. You are everything. Allow yourself this quality time to honour your own path, it’s a breath-taking, beautiful time of unfoldment of pure essence to be experienced within you. For by giving this time to yourself, when you have risen further, you will be able to give out, to ALL, SOOOO much more than ever before. This, is why you came. Honour your journey. I honour you fully. Please discard if it does not resonate. Just know, there is intentionally much distraction within the dream reality NOW. Always, there is an individual choice of free will. It is much like a device that is plugged into a charging current. It can operate endlessly without ever running out. You can function separately from that source of energy for a period of time, but if you don’t recharge, you will eventually become drained. But remember, by intelligence I don't mean intellectuality. Intellectuality is part of stupidity. Intelligence is a totally different phenomenon, it has nothing to do with the head. Intelligence is something that comes from your very center. It wells up in you, and with it many things start growing in you. You become happy, you become creative, you become rebellious, you become adventurous, you start loving insecurity, you start moving into the unknown.
