Dear Ones, many of you will be drawn to travel to different areas. We highly encourage you to follow those nudges. Travel automatically shifts you into presence, prioritizing enjoyment, and embracing flow. There will always be an aspect of service to it, as well, with you assisting an area with your own unique energy, being assisted by specific energetics an area holds, activating crystals, doing gridwork, healing by remembering pastlife experiences and/or retrieving soul fragments, and sometimes all of the above!

Dear Ones, I cannot emphasise sufficiently the need to focus on your future, and give your visions of it your full energy, inasmuch that it would be pointless in still living in the past. You are all well into the New Age now and leaving the old behind as it has well served you with its purpose. Already those of you who have awakened will continue to do so and the ultimate goal is to experience Ascension. In the present time you are gradually rising up, and some of you will have already noted that your consciousness is expanding. You are being given help to understand the changes that are taking place that will enable you to eventually become Galactic Beings. It is largely your interpretation of events that is so important if you are to continue in an upward direction, and why holding on to the old understanding will delay your evolution. We have previously asked you to think big as Mankind will itself help influence the outcome and mould your experiences accordingly.

Words cannot adequately express the wonderful period that lays ahead, one of peace and happiness without the interference and influence of the dark Ones, who will eventually move in a different direction to Humanity. The coming changes are what you have been working towards for millennia of time and you have proved your worthiness by passing the marker. Having done so there is no way we would allow the dark Ones to interfere with your progress. They will be a nuisance from time to time but unable to seriously delay your ultimate success as you enter the higher vibrations. We will support you all of the way and as always are on hand to deal with any interlopers. They have been kept away so as to prevent any interference with your chosen path.

Do not forget that thoughts are energy and through them you attract more of the same so be careful what you give your energy to as it may come back to haunt you. You have a beautiful soul that is of the essence of God and as you shed the lower energies so your Light becomes stronger and stronger, and in time you will once again become a fully lighted being. You cannot imagine the joy we will feel at your success, knowing that before long we will be greeting each other in the higher levels of vibration. There will certainly be celebrations and old friends that you have long forgotten will once more meet with you.

Many of you are from Sirius and your families are eagerly awaiting the opportunity to welcome you back. It is not to say that you have never met since you dropped down unto the lower dimensions, as from time to time the opportunity has arisen when you have been out of the body. However, as we have mentioned previously, you may bring those memories back with you when you return to your sleeping body, but they are hard to bring to mind again once you awaken.

Most souls whilst in their sleep move out of the body even if only to hover immediately above it, whilst others may move into what has become to be called the Summerland. It is there after death of the physical body that souls first review their life activities and how their life plan worked out. In their etheric bodies souls get together and can have food and drink that is totally free, and will discuss earthly problems they encountered and the answers to them. Many problems have been sorted out in this way although the actual visit to the Summerland may be just a vague memory when they return to their physical body.

You often state you will sleep on a problem expecting to have the answer when you awaken, and often you do. The most exciting and satisfactory experience in the Summerland is meeting those who have already passed over, who will almost certainly have already changed their appearance through the power of thought, looking younger or free from any disability they may have had whilst on Earth. It is necessary to mention that you will normally pass on to other levels once you have determined how and when your next experiences should take place. No doubt you are now becoming more aware of what the difference is between life on Earth and your afterlife. You should also realise that life is eternal and in reality there is no such thing as death as you understand it, but yes there is death of the physical body and normally in accordance with your life plan.

The value of having life after life means that you have ample time to gain experience and prepare yourself for the next one. There is always a plan that if successful will move you along your evolutionary path, and gradually your vibrations are lifted and you rise ever higher as you pass through the different levels of vibration. The benefit of being able to reincarnate is that you have endless opportunities to succeed and move into a higher level of vibration. Once you have achieved Ascension there is no reason to go back to the lower vibrations and you will have no obligation to do so. All matter may seem solid and often very hard, but it is because of the atoms vibrating at a very fast speed giving the impression of being solid.

Many times through your various lives you have completed all of your experiences, and returned to the Godhead before setting out on yet another journey into the unknown. It is God who sends you out for the very purpose of gaining experience and knowledge through you, that you can take back to the Godhead. You are just one soul out of trillions who leave it periodically to gain further experience, so whilst the principal reason is for your evolution you also serve the Godhead. It is a simplistic way of looking at it but it conveys the right impression to aid your understanding. You will not get a more detailed description until you are in the higher dimensions and able to comprehend a suitable explanation.

One of the greatest truths you will ever be given is the purpose of life and where it leads, as you may conclude that one day all souls will have returned to the Godhead from whence they came. In the past souls have been sent out time and time again to experience, and each time they have returned to the Godhead that has grown because of it. The Godhead is a timeless experience where souls are in boundless love and time stands still, so much so that they are more than happy and ecstatic to remain there forever in the pure love of the Supreme Creator.

There is no existing language that can be used that adequately describes perfect bliss and happiness, but most Humans will have experienced the intensity of the love energy yet that is but a pale reflection of the Creators Love. Perhaps no words at all are capable of describing such an overwhelming experience. Knowing what the future holds for you should embolden you to see it as a great and exciting journey that is never ending and full of joy and happiness.

Greetings Friends!

It is wonderful to see you. It's wonderful to see you believing in your own value more. It's wonderful that you feel more often, more deeply, the love and tremendous appreciation that Life Itself has for you. And of course we're included in all that - loving and appreciating you!

As you feel this you open, and in that, all of Life Itself opens within you more. You have more access to what is already streaming to you. And as you open up more and more often, you allow yourself to receive more.

Life is meant to be fluid. We've been considering today how to transmit what we want to say to you. And the easiest way to talk about this is to talk about water. And so we'll do that. But we'll start by saying life is meant to be fluid. Think about things that are fluid.

You experience life as an unfolding series of perceptions. The feel of it - when you're open and allowing - can be quite fluid too. Like water, effortless and powerful. Water moves around things naturally without any resistance. Water doesn't stop and make a fuss when there's a rock in the middle of the way, it just moves around it. Although water is very gentle in presence and can look very serene, water is very powerful too. Water carves river beds into rocks.

Water is able to generate a great deal of energy because it's so effortless in its movement and so capable in that continuous flow of tremendous momentum. We'd like you to think for a moment about these aspects and how they apply to you.

We'd like you to consider your own flow and the consistency of it. How fluid your experience is, and how open you are to it. The keys to this are three perhaps and maybe this is helpful as a way of framing it. There's your relationship with Life Itself, your relationship with you and your relationship with expression.

These three relationships are what create your experience of the flow in your embodiment and we've been clarifying about these three different aspects within you in different ways throughout the Soar Fests, and other transmissions we share. Today we're starting to point to more of the whole picture and invite you to step further into confident, skillful co-creation with us around this and participation in your life here.

Your relationship with Life Itself can be one of expecting wonderful. Yes, we really did just say that. (Smile!) When you understand who you truly are, when you realize that you are one with everything that is, that you deeply and innately belong, when you really get in a way that's inside of you that is knowing (not a concept) that you are eternal and this life here is a temporary expression and you are innately free here to create… life opens in a very different way.

The way you do this is so simple, by what you give your attention to and what you cultivate as your energy state.

When you start to really understand all this in a real way for you, it's natural to expect good things and to be on what you will feel as a rising energy. And with that rising energy momentum, there's something else that's rising too: your consciousness, your awareness.

As your consciousness and your awareness rises, it expands. The experience of this is liberation. It's so freeing to get this, and apply and witness the benefits of focusing and aligning with these underlying principles in life.

To live this way opens up so much joy and potential for you. In your relationship to Life Itself, too, you can become more fully present. You can embrace the moment where your power and consciousness lie and come more fully into the present anytime it occurs to you.

Allowing and learning and practicing how not to cling to things and how not to fear things and push them away and rather begin to consider that you can trust life more fully because of this innate relationship you have with Life. Which means you can just be open and allow and do your best to feel what you can that's pleasurable in the moment.

But most of all know that it's all moving. It’s fluid. Life itself is dynamic. It's moving through you, as you. Life is moving through you and expressing as you. Can you feel that? Can you feel what we're pointing here? Pointing to here? It is using you. Life is using you and fulfilling you at the same time.

Life is using you in the sense that you arise from this vaster wholeness and are a conduit for these energies to flow and focus and express. You are One with All Life and an expression of All Life. Your very being is a way that Life Itself expresses and experiences. You arise from Life Itself; create, express and experience Creation as a receiver of this flowing, evolving expression of Life.

This is in a sense consciousness, specifically unfolding within you. Unfolding which is again pointing out this aspect of flow. Life Itself is flowing and fulfilling you by moving through you. And when your relationship to you is one of love and kindness and gentleness and attentiveness, maybe not every minute, but in attitude and in the way you return to center. When you care about yourself and how you feel. When you honor your feelings, no matter what they are and embrace yourself, no matter how it's going, you then allow life to flow through you more and more fully. And this is a rising current.

You become, through this rising current, exalted! More completely expressed here as you.

This is the exhilaration really, of what is true abundance. The abundance you may think of as being financial is actually so much more than that. It is the fullness of life giving to you that which is yours, the well-being, the inspiration, the insight, the support, the experiences that further you.

It's empowerment to understand this. And when you do, you begin to relate to life very differently and as you love and care for yourself, you allow the flow and then you express. You express.

You are not just prolific creators, you are prolific expressors. You're constantly emanating the energy that is you. And we've been talking about the tremendous gift, the blessings bestowed on life by the emanation of your energy. And then in your embodiment there's all this amazing expression. You show up here as you and when you're allowing this flow, you don't hold back.

You don't hold back, and you get better at doing the things in life that keep you from holding back. You learn not to compare yourself to others. You learn to be centered in yourself and focused on your own state as the criteria for how things are going and what you’re going to do next.

You allow yourself to be inspired by others and truly happy for them because you realize they're showing you what's possible and you can have what you want.

You're inspired by yourself too, and happy for you. And you learn to realize that you don't need to be perfect. You just need to be you. And when you are, and when you let yourself express without overthinking it, by following what arises within you and what feels good, and you do that consistently, things develop and expand. And what's developing and expanding is you the fulfillment of you!

You further this flow and you further the fulfillment of your expression here and Life Itself through you is exalted and your experience is exalted too.

This is exhilaration in the body! It's the equivalent of what we have in the most exquisite way in the nonphysical, which we might call bliss. We don't have bodies.

You can feel bliss in your body too, but the bliss we feel in the nonphysical is a little more like exhilaration. It's the rising energy in your bodies when you feel a delicious flow, an openness and your being as relaxed and natural and you feel fun and free and spacious and open. This is how exhilaration feels to you and in that mode, in that mode consistently, often, repeatedly, wow. This is where miracles happen. What you think of as miracles anyway, and it's really just what is always flowing to you actually getting received more and more often.

Realized, recognized, experienced. This is the enrichment of your life here that is possible when you open up your flow and allow yourself to express.

It all begins with your relationship with you. Do you and can you, and will you allow yourself to express more freely, more fully?

Can you give up being careful and holding back and shutting down? And realize if all this energy is flowing to you and you won't let it flow from you into the expression that calls to you…imagine how it's getting backed up! And if you ever wonder why certain things that you want can't get to you, you might consider: perhaps it's because there's energy just swirling around that you won't, or hold back from allowing yourself to express. Things that are wanting to flow that you're holding back, hesitating about....being careful with.

Think about it, the energy that is Life loves to move! It’s got to flow. Light and energy are fast moving and there is drive and momentum to keep moving. Can you give up needing to be right, needing to be perfect, needing to do it in a certain way?

And rather than using that as the way you make decisions and decide what you do, focus instead on what wants to flow through me and simply giving it form and focus, allowing yourself to express. so Life Itself can flow!

You empower Life Itself to express and come into completion! That simple inner feeling of how you like being, can you dare to love yourself enough to make that feeling indicative of something that's lighting the way for you right now? Your way to all of this?

The greatest magic there is…complete fulfillment over and over, until it becomes a state of being so often, so delicious… and it is all rooted in your flow.

All of that's about inner harmony. Making what feels right to you, what IS right for you, and letting all the rest be.

Letting it be and knowing just not for me right now, but this is, and I can feel it is, and I know it's right for me right now because it feels good to me and it wants to come through me.

All of you have the capacity innately and we've seen you so we know to feel your own inner flow and the way it wants to express. It is such an amazing thing. When our friends in their humanity return to a deep and grounded state of significance and let themselves flow. Masterful. Joyful. Elation! Freedom.
