We are busy with a wide range of projects that are important to the earth’s progress with ascension. Some of you might be aware that we monitor all that is going on with the planet including the elections and the array of events that could be potentially out of line. We are a group of experts on ascension and have legions of talented Galactics who are assisting us with the process. You would be amazed at the focus and importance of this hour. This is a detailed process with every eventuality being considered. We know what you are thinking and feeling. We understand your weariness and frustration with the awakening planet. With increasing learning and awareness it seems that some of you are motivated for change. You had to come to this point in your evolution in order to make new choices and to clearly opt out of the old. The soul of most of humanity is ready for change even though they dislike it consciously. You have been preparing for this for a long time. Some of humanity is aligned with the fourth dimension and others still want to remain in the third dimension. Right now you are in the chaotic position that shakes things to its roots. Everyday life on earth is being re-created and so are you. If you revisit 2015 you could feel like an entirely different person and this is true. Since 2016 you have been re-shaping yourselves into galactic beings. Your choice in food, clothes, friends, work, creativity, free time, entertainment, and your spiritual work are different. This is in part due to your changing consciousness and the expansion of your crystalline structure. Your hearts are opening and you are becoming lighter, brighter expressions of love. As you accelerate your consciousness some of you want to spend time in solitude. You pray and meditate and are conscious with your thoughts, words and actions. You are also gaining new gifts while remembering other aptitudes and abilities. The report card isn’t in but we will tell you that you are doing an exemplary job. Of course, we recommend joy and laughter as an antidote to the slippery, election-focused slope. Remember you are rising up while the old is falling apart. Coming together as ground crew is also vital. Sharing what you know, your gifts and talents, is unifying and empowering. Use your imagination to create the new Earth. We know you can do it. The pace of life is picking up. Moments can seem long or short no matter what you do. Chasing the clock or letting it chase you is inconsequential, for when the day is over you are closer to your desired goal of living in the higher dimensions. Keep focused on the positive and know that that will assist the most with the creation of the new. You exist on the Earth with the loving permission of the Earth. We will tell you that she is getting ready for change so that she can move in to higher dimensions. She has been patient and tolerant of humanity for eons, much to her detriment. Please be sure to include the Earth in your meditations and prayers. She feels it and is grateful to the ground crew. You help bring her back into balance and will do a stellar job of this after the shift. Get ready to roll up your sleeves as life on the planet takes a swift turn into the higher realms. THEY HAVE MANAGED OVER THE LAST WHILE TO PLACE ENOUGH ROADBLOCKS AND OTHER NASTIES TO DELAY OUR FUNDING. THIS DEVELOPMENT WAS SURPRISING AS WE ALL THOUGHT THAT THIS PROCESS WAS SECURE. NOW IT ALL MAKES SENSE. THE AGENCIES WENT TO WORK AND IDENTIFIED THESE PEOPLE AND CONFRONTED THEM WITH A VERY DISTINCT THREAT OF TAKING THEM OUT OF THE EQUATION IF THEY CONTINUED. THEY STOPPED. WE HAVE NOW RECEIVED INFORMATION THAT OUR FUNDS ARE BEING PROCESSED, AND WILL BE SENT TO OUR ACCOUNTS EARLY NEXT WEEK TO BEGIN THE INFRASTRUCTURE. THE LATENESS OF THESE TRANSFERS ARE A RESULT OF THIS REALLY NASTY ACTION AGAINST THE TRUST AND US, AND SOME FINAL COMPLIANCE ISSUES THAT HAD TO BE ADDRESSED AT THE LAST MOMENT BUT WE DO HAVE A FIRM SCHEDULE NOW. 	Kathleen Mary Willis: Separating Core Issues Using Love, Peace & Joy November 5, 2016 by Steve Beckow Separating Core Issues Using Love, Peace & Joy Kathleen Mary Willis, Voice of Freedom, Oct. 28, 2016 http://tinyurl.com/zfn7kmz Last year a friend reached out to the Arcturians, through Sue Lie,http://www.multidimensions.com. The Arcturians are extremely knowledgeable about many things, but what struck me was the following very simple information they told her about core issues, sorrow and other old emotions. The Arcturians: We ask that you feel the sorrow within you right now as an exercise, which you will be doing on an ongoing process. Feel and separate the sorrow — and the anger — that follows it. Feel the sorrow within your body. Sorrow is very tactile — and it lives within your heart — and your body wants to curl forward in a protected posture. So allow your body to take that posture of sorrow, and as you do so, Love Your Body Unconditionally. Unconditional Love is the Healing Force of The Multiverse. Feel The Unconditional Love as it goes through your body, and Unconditionally Love your sorrow. Now what that means on a physical level is that it is an emotion without effect. As you move into higher frequencies of consciousness, and you can contact beings such as ourselves, you will be able to receive what the Indians call the Darshan of that feeling, but within your 3rd dimensional mundane consciousness that is not something that stems from the physical plane. However, Unconditional Love is very neutral, and you can just say: “I Love You Unconditionally.” Those words have great power, and those words neutralize your other emotions. . . so when you feel the sorrow in your body, you say: “I Love You Unconditionally.” The Arcturians explain that we can consciously, as a practice, feel our sorrow, and then intentionally separate it from other emotions, such as shame, feeling unforgivable, exhaustion, over-extension, depression, suppression, not good enough, guilt, panic, anger, fear that follow by saying, “I Love You Unconditionally” to our body, and the old emotions neutralize. I’ve practiced this. It works, and the healing continues on as the words do have great power, just as they say. When we add, “I Forgive You Unconditionally,” “I Am Unconditional Forgiveness” and “I Am Joy For Everything,” saying these statements to our body, even adding our full name as well, there’s even more healing, more healing available from the Higher Realms for Our Self, knowing that Forgiving and Forgiveness leads to Peace, and Joy is Gratitude. When we’re gripped by old emotions, we can resist love. Our mastery comes in realizing we’re out of balance, that we’re engaging in feelings not of love (some can be very insidious, such as shame, because we’re so used to feeling this old way), and then consciously separating, untangling the feelings, the core issues, by saying, “I Love You Unconditionally,”, “I Forgive You Unconditionally,” “I Am Unconditional Forgiveness” and “I Am Joy For Everything” to our body including our full name. “I Love You Unconditionally,” “I Forgive You Unconditionally,” “I Am Unconditional Forgiveness” and “I Am Joy For Everything” works on any of the old emotions, core issues, mental emotional constructs. Taking the time to sit still, and separate the feelings by saying the words to our body with our full name added, resistance, judgement, the ‘charge’ dissipates. As the Arcturians say with Unconditional Love it becomes “an emotion without effect”. The old emotions, core issues, cannot continue to manifest suffering when there is no ‘charge’ to them. Failure to see we are repeating old ways of being when we engage with core issues leads to suffering. Suffering is not of love. It is not of the higher ways. My enormous gratitude to the Arcturians for this very simple, powerful healing information. With daily conscious awareness, separation of our core issues, those mental emotional constructs not of love, we can heal by saying, “I Love You Unconditionally,” “I Forgive You Unconditionally,” “I Am Unconditional Forgiveness” and “I Am Joy For Everything” to our body with our name, and to then move into the Higher Frequencies of Consciousness, Receiving the Darshan, the Complete Healing, Where All There Is Is Love and Peace, Nova Earth.
