You’re about to do your big exchange and you couldn’t be more pumped. Your whole life is about to change. The whole world is about to change. You’re riding the wave all the way and it’s pure pleasure.

Hold up there, friend. Before you get too excited, let’s review a few basics.

1. A fool and their money are soon parted. Yes, we are here to change the world, but remember — we have yet to begin that work. That work is far from complete. Snake-oil salesmen and scam artists still abound. Do not make the mistake thinking that since you’re rich and on cloud 9 that the world is already perfect and nobody will try to take advantage of you. You may have a quadrillion dollars, but you’re not invincible, and you don’t want to fund negative efforts (disguised as positive ones). You don’t want to give the rest of the Chosen Ones that much more hill to climb.

2. Educate yourselves about the ways of the world, especially if you want to change it. This doesn’t mean you need to agree with how it’s run, but it behooves us all to increase our education. A lot of this will come with the package of being in the Chosen One position.

Once you exchange, you will be on a roller coaster ride with education slamming into your face like a hurricane — everything from living the lifestyle of the rich and not-famous to learning how to network and manage huge groups of people across the world to learning how to communicate your vision on a daily basis to the directors of operations who make it all happen for you. You are now in the position to fund the development of a new world, so get ready to learn how the world works.

3. Why and how are jobs created? The why is pretty basic, right? Jobs are created when there is a need to have work performed and when there is an adequate availability of resources (in this case cold, hard cash) with which to compensate the performance of that work. The how isn’t that difficult, either. You can find an organization already doing the work and inject a new revenue stream into their operation, allowing it to expand, thus requiring additional hands (jobs created).

Or you can hire business planners and managers to startup an organization of your own. Or both. You don’t need a degree in business planning or management to own a business. It helps to know how business works, but its not strictly necessary if you can pay people to exercise that expertise for you. What you DO need, though, is a vision AND the ability to articulate that vision to the people making it happen for you. Help them help you help the world.

4. What kind of work do you need done? That’s easy — you need all the work done necessary to accomplish your goals.

5. What are your goals? Well, that’s pretty personal. We each have our own visions of a better world but it’s safe to say there’s probably quite a bit of goal overlap ready to serve as grounds for us working together. Know your goals. Write them down. Make a list of them. See if you can think of 20 things you want to accomplish. Let them be big and general and you don’t have to go into detail at this point about how you want to accomplish them.

This list is what you’re going to want to articulate to the professionals at your exchange negotiation. They don’t need to know every organization or effort you want to fund, but they do need to get an idea of what your vision is — and that is best represented by a list of goals you want to accomplish.

The reason it’s not top-priority to articulate the “how” of getting the goals accomplished is because there are undoubtedly thousands of professionals with very specialized knowledge that are more qualified than you that you can pay to figure out how to accomplish it. The bankers know that. They will, however, expect you to be the unwavering heart that holds the vision to direct all of those magnificent professionals. This is what they want to see in you.

Show some passion. Show some excitement. All that stuff you’ve been complaining about all these years? Yeah, you’re about to change it. Be happy. Or at least be ready to learn how to be happy again, if your soul has been crushed by the spiritual war we’ve all been caught up in. In that case, at least show hope.

6. Job creation is pretty important. It will take an unprecedented amount of work to get this world back into shape and build the future our children deserve. That said, job creation doesn’t need to be the final word when it comes to your goals. I’m sure you can think of some magical-seeming technologies that would drastically increase quality of life, peace, and harmony with the planet and at the same time would obliterate entire industries because they would be no longer necessary.

These technologies deserve maximum funding and deserve to be pursued and developed with gusto. Don’t let the idea of a need for jobs limit your ability to come up with GOOD IDEAS that may actually destroy jobs. In the long-term Peace, Abundance, and Freedom are the ultimate goals, not jobs. Hopefully your exchange professionals understand this bigger picture, but if they do not, it is your mantle as a light worker to enlighten them.

7. You are going to change the world. The nature of this work is such that it’s never been done before. You are having a new experience. While you change the world, the world will be changing you. Be ready for your vision to shift and expand to reflect the shifting and expansion of your soul. Be ready to continue to articulate that vision as it changes to all of the lovely people assisting you to accomplish it.

8. Be ready to listen. This kind of goes back to number 2. Education. People are going to have ideas for you that you need to be ready to consider. And they might come from the most unexpected or unlikely sources. Be ready for inspiration absolutely anywhere. Let the world reach out to you and consider its offerings with grace and fortitude.

9. Now that you don’t have to slog away at a day job anymore, it may be tempting to hole up in your house for a while. You are encouraged to stay out in the world. Keep your ears and eyes open. Stay connected and broaden your connections with people. Practice interpersonal compassion, not just global monetary compassion. We are creating and entering an age of compassion exploration, so let’s explore. Let’s be intrepid compassionauts seeing out spiritual social worlds heretofore unknown.

In this first part, William LePar’s spiritual source, The Council, gives us some general information about quartz crystals and how they can help us. They also point out a stone that can help with tension.

The Council: All gemstones or stones have a value to the human body; they emanate certain magnetic fields or electronic fields or electromagnetic fields that are beneficial to a physical body.

Questioner: I don’t want you, Council, to repeat yourself. I am wondering if you have not spoken of quartz crystals before if you could give us a few thoughts, a few sentences at this time. Would that be appropriate?

The Council: We will limit what we have to say about them. We would prefer not to, how shall we put it, if we are conservative in what we say, then there is less opportunity for fanaticism to crop up. Do you understand?

Questioner: Yes.

The Council: Quartz crystals, now quartz crystals, the clear type, the true quartz crystal, which is similar to the appearance of a diamond, not nearly as clear, but it does have a glass appearance to it; these will emanate a vibration that can help to, as a general healing aid, in this way or in this manner, it emanates an energy that is attuned to the body so that by using such a gemstone, it can add a little more vitality or energy to the body. When one is particularly tired, possession of such a stone, rubbed in the hands or held in the hands or rubbed across the forehead, can add a degree of energy or vitality. With an individual who has been ailing and is somewhat weakened, the stone can also add energy as far as that goes so that the body has a little more vitality to it than it would in its normal state. In some individuals, if they are of right mind, it can also influence higher thought or more, shall we say, etheric thought or thought that has less to do with the material desires of man’s nature.

With an individual who would be hyperactive, we would not recommend the constant carrying of such a stone. For that type of individual such a stone should only be used if the physical body is ailing. Is that sufficient?

Questioner: That is very helpful, thank you.

Questioner: Just to clarify, you said “hyperactive.” Do you mean that word literally and that does not take in hypertensive?

The Council: Hyperactive children in particular are what we were referring to. That tendency goes into adulthood. An individual who may be under a great deal of strain or stress, we would not suggest the use of that stone.

Questioner: May I ask if there would be another stone that would be beneficial for the high-strung individual who would be under stress?

The Council: For a person under a great deal of stress or tension, what is normally referred to as a moonstone or a white quartz. It often resembles, when polished, a translucent egg shell color or in some cases it can be a much whiter or pearl color. The common moonstone that children find in general quarries would be this particular type of stone we are referring to. In its unpolished state, it is a dull chalky white. In its polished state, it can have what appears to be fractures in it that would give a certain degree of translucent or opalescent color to it. Maintaining that on the body will bring some soothing effects to an individual. Playing with it or rubbing it in the hands, toying with it, will also increase that effect. Rubbed across the forehead and in the back of the head at the base of the skull at the top of the neck, the stone rubbed across that area, from left to right or right to left as opposed to up and down, will also add some soothing effects.

In regards to what we refer to as the common moonstone or cloudy quartz or white quartz, they go by a number of different names, it should, when used as a tension reliever or a calmer of stress, it should be in its polished state, as opposed to its natural state.

	Let There Be Light Mon, 10/31/2016 - 20:10 God said: Welcome yourself to Planet Earth. Perhaps you have felt that your feet do not belong on Earth. You have wondered what you are doing here. Sometimes it has seemed to you that you are serving a sentence in darkness. You would prefer to have your feet off the ground. You are on a trip, dear ones! While you are here, you belong here. You are a visitor here. You were not born and bred here. In one sense, it can be said that you belong anywhere and everywhere. If you are here, you can know you are meant to be. Of course, I understand that this does not have to mean that Life on Earth is your cup of tea. You may indeed be bewildered. You do try to get acclimated here. Most assuredly, you have tried. This is good news, not bad news. You are someone who tries to be at home and to help others also be at home. You are a guest here on Earth for a limited time. You might as well make hay while the sun shines and make Life on Earth easier for all the bewildered ones who stand near you, and those who stand far away from you as well. In terms of Infinity -- where near and far do not exist -- everyone is near you. Rather, everyone is you. Sometimes you do feel the pain of all, not only your own, except all pain in the world is also yours in any case. Look, initially, you were born in a far greater field than Earth. A part of you desires your Home where you fit in so well, this country called Heaven where you hail from, where you experience all perpetual ease and comfort which are more natural to you than taking a breath. You're not sure you want all the wandering and too frequent-seeming missing the boat as it seems to be on Earth. During your sojourn in Heaven, you have no plaints. You have no questions. Your heart and mind do not wander. There are no untilled fields. You are squarely set in Paradise. You are made of it and for it. If anyone belongs in Heaven, you do, and that is to say that everyone does as well. A term on Earth may seem like a sentence in a locked room. For this interim, you belong on Earth where you have a temporary body and temporary involvement, temporariness altogether, backwards and forwards. Yes, you do live on a different planet from where you hail. You are, We can say, hurled into outer space. We can say that Heaven is inner space, for, in Heaven, you dwell exclusively in Infinity. This is easy and natural for you. This is Pure Being. You are Pure Being during your stay on Earth, only you cover up your Pure Being with all sorts of experiences, many of which you call difficulties of one kind or another. You have this body, and you cover this body up with all sorts of costumes. A body has its joys, yet a body is also problematical for you. It holds you down to Earth with all this gravity plopping you down. Your Soul knows not gravity. The Pure Being of Your Soul sheds Enlightening Light. Only while you are on Earth are there dancing shadows. You find yourself in a body much as a cowboy finds himself in a rodeo. What a strange place to be in where you can be thrown off your horse or try to be a match with a steer. You are a wee bit hesitant to ask yourself: "What AM I doing here? What a fantastical place this place where I am living. It seems unreal. It is unreal. I may have forgotten temporarily the Gifts of Heaven. I want Heaven back. I belong in Heaven, not here." Of course, even as you are on this fantastical place call Earth, you are no stranger to Heaven. You still spend time (as if there were such a thing as time) in Heaven. Even so, Heaven is where We fully merge as One. You are quite adept in Heaven. In Oneness, you are enriched. In Oneness, you ARE. In Oneness, you are the whole Universe as you smile, laugh, work and play. I see you cavorting throughout Infinity right now. You are Infinite, if only you could remember. 	TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 1, 2016 Emmanuel Dagher ~ Energy forecast November 2016 A Time of Completion - The End of the 9-Year Cycle November 2016 Dear friend, We are in a pivotal moment in humanity’s awakening journey, one that is changing the landscape of our personal and global reality forever. The Door to Completion 2016 (2 + 0 + 1 + 6 = 9) is a 9 Universal Year in numerology. The number 9 represents the frequencies of completion, reflection, and service. You’ve probably noticed these themes (especially endings or completion) showing up big time this year, in the outer world and in your own life. With cycles of Universal completions and endings, we are always asked to fully face and resolve any unfinished business in any areas of our lives that need tending to. These include the areas of health, relationships, and patterns of behavior, including how we treat ourselves. The last few months of a 9 Universal Year are often the most intense, because we are being nudged to quickly finish everything that needs to be completed from the past 9 years, before the new 9-year cycle begins. During a 9 Universal Year, we often also notice some stagnancy when it comes to accepting change—some hesitancy about starting a new project, job or relationship, or moving to a new location. If this is happening in your life, know that it is also happening all over the planet. And that we are being given the space to finish with the old before we begin with the new. 2016 has been a highly karmic year, in which we have been experiencing the karma of the actions we took over the past 9 years. Think back to what was occurring in your life in 2007, and you may notice some similar themes are coming up in your life now. Some of these themes may feel wonderful, and some maybe … not so much. This is not a coincidence. This is clear feedback that indicates which energies, patterns, and outer situations you need to address now. Think back to 2008. Did you start a new job or project? Did you move somewhere new, or begin a new relationship that year? Can you remember the tone of your mindset that year? You may have decided inwardly that, “Things are going to start changing for me now, in really positive ways!” That was because 2008 was a “1” year, and it set the tone for the 9-year cycle that we are wrapping up right now. If things aren’t feeling so wonderful for you right now, you can view it simply as an opportunity for you to learn some lessons that you set out to learn long ago, on a higher level. You are being given the chance to let go and move on now, so that you no longer need to repeat those lessons. If everything is feeling wonderful for you right now, it means that over the last 9 years, you intentionally set a positive course for your life that is now being reflected back to you, in miraculous ways. The next two months are very important, because they are giving us the opportunity to be completely finished, once and for all, with whatever we are ready to move beyond. It will be increasingly harder to operate in a victim consciousness now, because we are being called to action—to finish the challenges we began long ago. A Time of Service A 9 Universal Year is also a year of service. We all know what it’s like when our mind gets too caught up in itself. This can also be referred to as being too “self-involved.” Being overly self-involved is an indicator that the mind is operating in survival mode, to the degree that it is unable to fully see the bigger picture in life. We don’t need to judge self-involvement as either good or bad. But it’s important to realize that if we remain in that space for long periods of time, it keeps our energies limited and stagnant, instead of us feeling expansive and in the flow of life. Adding more acts of selfless service into our lives helps remedy our limitations and stagnancy. This kind of giving can especially open up the areas of health, wealth, and overall happiness. Service to others is also one of the most effective things we can do to balance and resolve old karmic debts. If you are experiencing any karmic debts in your life, such as in the areas of health, financial wealth, and inner fulfillment, this would be the perfect time for you to dive into the energy of service to others. Whenever you offer any kind of helpful service to others, the higher energies of Love and compassion flow powerfully through you. And over the next two months, those energies will be magnified manyfold, because of the highly potent moment of completion we are now in. Preparing for a Brand New 9-Year Cycle You may be experiencing certain forms of stagnancy in your life, especially in areas such as new relationships, creative endeavors, or moving to a new home. If you can begin doing the inner healing work needed to resolve any old blockages, pains, or grudges you may have, while being in service to others in some way, things will begin shifting powerfully for you as we move into 2017. That’s because this new year will be offering us something miraculous: It will give us the opportunity to become the person that deep down, we’ve always known ourselves to be. Now is the time to answer a few powerful questions, such as: What would you like to create more of in your life? What behaviors are you ready to let go of? How will you treat yourself, after you have committed to more self-love? How will you treat others, and allow them to treat you, once you have committed to offering more loving support to them, and to yourself? What are some extra things you can add to your daily or weekly schedule, no matter how small, that promote having more love, happiness, freedom, balance, wholeness, gratitude, wonder, kindness, miracles, and prosperity in your life, and in the world? We can begin asking and answering these questions now, in preparation for creating our happiest and most fulfilling life, as we enter a brand new 9-year cycle in 2017! This is a time to let go of the firm grip we’ve had on the things we’ve been attached to for so long, that are no longer serving us or those around us. This is the time to let go and simply let ourselves be. It will serve us well to do so. And it will be much easier to do this now, instead of moving into the new 9-year cycle, still firmly holding onto that which belongs in the past.
