Things on Earth are not as dark as they appear. Enormous changes are in progress, as you well know, and as these are implemented they are causing a certain amount of disturbance and confusion in the planetary economic and political fields. It appears to many of you that you are on an extremely fast “roller-coaster ride” that is out of control and in danger of crashing. Hold on to your hats, as you remind yourselves yet again that God’s divine plan is unfolding exactly as He intends.

All you have to do, and you do have to do it, is intend to be loving in every moment and in every situation.

Do not allow fear to distract you from this, because it is a major part of your life’s earthly purpose. Just keep briefly renewing that intention throughout the day while standing in line, waiting for the lights to change, or at any other moment when you are momentarily unoccupied with the business of daily living. Those very brief moments spent renewing your intent are far more powerful and effective than you can be aware of, so remind yourselves of that as well.

Love is the energy, the Power, the Life-force that permeates all of God’s divine Creation. Itis All That Exists, and therefore every sentient being, every conscious entity is aninseparable and eternal part of That! To be loving in every moment means honoring and respecting all life.

As humans, in an illusory world of fear, pain, suffering, and death – in which you are always seeking pleasure, or at least safety and the relief from pain . . . and if possible, to eradicate death – you are engaged in the game of separation from Source. It seems to have been ongoing for billions of years, and yet now your science is beginning to understand that time is unreal, a concept that works inordinately well in the game that you are involved with, but which is nevertheless, unreal.

While playing this game lessons are presented to you, lessons that you chose to learn before incarnating on Earth as humans, and frequently they appear to make no sense at all. How many times have you asked yourselves “What is this supposed to be teaching me!?”

Well of course the answer is Love. But in the unstable and threatening environment that the world provides it seems far more sensible to be fearful and construct defenses – psychological, emotional, physical, and even military – to keep you safe. Whereas to be loving is often considered unwise or naïve because it appears to lead inevitably to abuse and betrayal in what many of you consider to be a “dog eat dog” world.

But what the vast majority want, in fact what all sentient beings desire more than anything else is to be loved, and of course that is what you desire because Love is your natural state! Deep within yourselves you know this because deep within you dwells the divine and inextinguishable Flame of Love from which you were created, but from which you have hidden, and which is consequently “forgotten” knowledge, but nevertheless, knowledge that every single one of you possesses.

It is that deep inner knowing that drives you to seek Love. However, you all seek it defensively! That is you want others to show their love for you before you are prepared to show love for them. In other words most choose conditional love because, due to previous experiences within the illusion, they have been betrayed, maybe many times, and so offer love only on condition that it is returned and never betrayed. Consequently what you seek is never found, and all are disappointed and disillusioned – well an illusion can only be disillusioning!

There are some among you who have seen the Light and have started to live lovingly, and they have been amazed at the transformation that has occurred in their life experiences as a result of that wise and wondrous choice. To live lovingly or unlovingly is a choice that you make in every moment! And to live lovingly appears to many to be an invitation to others to take advantage of them.

In fact this is not the case! It takes courage initially to make the choice for Love, but the rewards are almost instantaneous. By making that choice and following through with a strong determined intention to be loving, you drop your defenses, and when your defenses are down Love comes flooding in! Yes, of course there are still a multitude of fearful and therefore unloving souls out there, but you, having made the choice to be loving and then having followed up by being loving, will discover that your energy field attracts what it is offering – Love!

Many with major problems in their intimate relationships have been blessed to obtain help from psychotherapists who are at the forefront of the field of interpersonal relationships. These psychotherapists have been able to persuade at least one of the parties in a damaged relationship to drop their defenses and offer only love. The results are often seemingly miraculous because the other party finds acceptance instead of judgment, and then ceases attacks on the partner. Communication is re-established, and the issues that were driving them apart, in fact tearing them apart, can then be gently and lovingly resolved. Frequently the issues are just misunderstandings that have been blown out of all proportion due to errors in communication or due to lack of communication, and a loving and satisfying relationship is then re-established.

Some of you wonder about the food you eat. How can it be acceptable to eat meat and dairy products? Well, the game that you are engaged in, the game you are playing is a game that all the participants have chosen to take part in. All have lessons they wish to learn. There is an order to the food chain, and those at the more evolved levels need to feed on the orders below. As you know, the further down the food chain you look, the vaster the quantity of food (edible life forms) that is present. Until you fully awaken this food chain will necessarily support you, and the other life forms on the planet.

So, if you choose to eat meat and dairy products, this is not wrong. However, you musthonor those that live to feed you. You do this by absolutely ensuring that all life forms are treated with honor and respect. That is done by ensuring humane, that is loving, living conditions are provided for those that provide your food so that they can enjoy their lives in an environment that is appropriate to their needs. When it comes to the time to slaughter them to place them into the food chain, it is essential to ensure that the animals are taken gently and caringly to the place in which the slaughter occurs. It must be a place that is kept clean and fresh, and that is well-ventilated so that the energy field of previous slaughters has totally dissipated before they are led in there. Then the slaughter must be done quickly and painlessly.

Before eating always bless your food and give thanks to the animals who have given themselves so selflessly to sustain you. They, unlike you, do not judge, they accept what arises, and when treated well enjoy their lives to the full. That is part of the lesson that the illusion offers.

Humanity too needs to learn to accept what arises, and with Love. Attack in any form is adesperate cry for Love. Of course mostly the attacker has so buried his true feelings that when he attacks he is convinced that he is defending himself against an unwarranted attack, an attack that threatens his life and his livelihood. Defense and attack are inseparable, two sides of the same insane issue. Only Love will bring peace.

Love starts within yourselves. Many of you were to some extent unseen, unwanted, found not good enough, or abused as children, and that treatment led you to believe yourselves to be unworthy and unlovable. This belief is utterly wrong!

God’s message to you, delivered through many messengers and in many forms is that you are Love, that you are unconditionally loved because He created you perfect to live eternally with Him in everlasting Joy. The separation is unreal, an unpleasant dream or terrifying nightmare from which you will awaken.

The path to that awakening goes within, to the deepest level of your awareness and then even deeper. You get there by spending time quietly alone, by letting all thoughts and distractions – emotional, psychological, or physical – just flow by without engaging with them. You may well be very surprised by some of the “stuff” that floats into your minds. Observe it, acknowledge it, and let it pass.

Later, it may be sensible to look at some of the “stuff” that arose, and see if it is inappropriately coloring your attitudes and beliefs – for instance encouraging you to believe in your unworthiness or unlovableness. In that case remind yourselves that because you are, and always have been, and always will be divine children of God, you remain perfect, just as He created you, and that therefore you are completely lovable.

From that moment of insight make a point of treating yourselves lovingly in every moment, regardless of what appears to be happening in the outside world. Another’s judgment of you will always be invalid. With God’s help, and that is always available to you, you can see anything that you may need to change about any of your ingrained beliefs and behaviors, while at the same time forgiving yourselves for any errors or mistakes you appear to have made.

There is only Love. You, therefore, are Love. It really is that simple, and as Love you are infinitely loving and lovable. Keep reminding yourselves of this divine Truth and rejoice in the peace and contentment it provides.

Walking Terra Christa ~ Be Like the Dancing Planets ~ Embrace your Rebirth

The Unified Whole Command brings forth their essence to share that the alignment of the Dancing Planets that occurred on January 20, 2016 represent our own alignment within the Physical through the Spiritual Self.

This alignment continues for 30 days and it brings a perfect opportunity to incorporate the changes that we desire.

Greetings My Dearest Comrades of the Light,

Welcome to 2016! How does it feel? The frequencies of light are ever changing in each day, hour, and minute. That is what you will be experiencing during this cycle of acceleration.

We are honored to communicate with each of you. We represent the Unified Whole Command of the 144^th dimensional energies with Master Thoth, Master Einstein, and the Great Divine Director. Our role is to assist each of you in understanding the dynamics of the earth changes and how you may help yourself through the process of GREAT CHANGE.

We are so divinely excited to be able to walk with each of you through these changes and want to reiterate to you that we represent the Source of Light that each of you reside from – your True Beginning. So we ask you to take a breath and feel our energies as we expand our essence through the writings of our communication.

As the month of January as represented a new beginning within a new year, it can hold elements of anticipation as the energy starts to enfold. As we speak at this time, of the third quarter of the month, we see that there is great confusion but yet also an alignment of energy that is helping many of you to understand that it is all in Divine Order. If you can come to that realization, then you are on the right track. The Universal Laws will become more commonplace in your consciousness as the teachings of the old ways are becoming your Way of Being. That is truly what is starting to occur within this year, but with it comes great turbulence as some of the energies are going to fight against those teachings that truly come from the truth of the eternal self.

Let us take a look of what is happening energetically within the planetary system. On the 20^th of this month there has been alignment between five of the planets within your solar system which will last for 30 days. This is a testimony of what can be to occur but within the understanding of the planets in alignment there comes a period of re-growth.

As these planets are all working within the symmetry of the Earth, they are exhibiting a forceful bond between one another. Each of their essences brings forth a special understanding but the focus within the Solar System is to show that these elements are starting to come into alignment. What happens when this occurs is that whatever does not fit that connection of light, there will be conflicting energies that will result.

Let’s take a look at them:

Mercury of Communication and Understanding

Venus of Beauty and Harmony

Mars of Energy and Intuitiveness

Jupiter of Expansion and Belief of the Cosmos

Saturn of Being Fixated towards a Cause, a Reason for existence and in-depth study of the situation

Each of these planets represent a higher order of understanding as they bring forth the ability to look at life in a very positive experience. Saturn is the planet that is holding the energies for the rest of the planets. The cause brings a New Order of Life. Mercury brings forth the ability to communicate more clearly, Mars shares its essence of an energetic exchange through being very insightful; Jupiter shares its essence of expanding the concept and belief that there is more than is being shown presently as Venus is the harmonization of love and peace of all the elements coming together in Oneness.

If you take this explanation of what is happening around the earth and bring it forth into your own experience, we are sure that you would see that a new consciousness is being created. Aren’t you changing in each moment of your creation? Each of these elements can be understood on a personal level and how to adjust how you are dealing with your life into accepting the New You.

The cause of your existence is changing; you are learning that the foundation you have had is now being reinforced with a sense of your higher self.

Just as Gaia is expanding through her consciousness all of humanity is doing the same. The difference is that part of humanity accepts the new way of understanding that life is changing for them. The other part is still cloaked in their darkness and cannot see the Light that they truly are – their source of existence. The difference between the two is that one part of humanity is becoming enlightened of what they have not known and the other part is not awakened to the possibilities that are being presented.

As this alignment has occurred, it will create great change in the frequency of the Earth. There will be extreme conditions in the bodily functions. Remember, it is about experiencing the alignment but also to incorporate the changes in your four-body system. So there can be great revelations of what is occurring for you.

Those of you that are working through the first seven levels of your Planetary Ascension (which represents most all awakened beings) will find that your emotions can become very raw. As the energy is changing, it is working through the Emotional and Mental bodies for them to become aligned within each other. Deep meditations or utilizing special healing tools will assist in the process. Your subconscious is being worked upon with issues you have been having. You may find that you are anxious in one moment and then very calm in another. This is allowing you to move into the state of Divine Oneness. Utilize spiritual tools to help you become more focused with your Higher Self energies.

In both cases of the higher initiation levels and the lower, the physical body will be affected in many different ways. There may be periods of acute feelings within the physical body where there are weaknesses. It may feel like you are healing continuously through the issues you have been dealing with. Your sleep state can be erratic. One day you are wide-awake after three or four hours, and another you are sleeping continuously. On the days of being so awake, it is time to do the inner reflection, writing, connecting to the Ascended Master State of Consciousness.

Your light quotient can increase but it is up to each individual person to sustain it. Sometimes when this happens a person feels it is uncomfortable so they do things to try and push it away. Grounding these energies in through the Earth Star and restructuring your foundation is the most important way to deal with the inconsistencies.

This is because this awareness of the dimension frequencies is coming into alignment at this time. Inter-dimensional travel is very acute and can happen in a moment’s notice. It is important to take time to process every emotion or thought that is coming into your awareness. Some moments may seem more challenging than others.

In any case this time is one of great reflection and each moment can be different than the other. The important element is to become very accepting of what is happening for you and not to step into the world of uncertainty. Be one with your I AM Presence.

The moon energies of January and February will also reflect these changes. So it is imperative to be grounded with yourself, do your inner work, and understand your inner self, and less concerned with the outer self. These suggestions will help you tremendously to get through these elements.

The most important element that we can share is that your stability must come from within as changes are occurring immensely within the planet and within your own energetic system. Your Etheric bodies are becoming more acutely aware of what is happening in the emotional and mental bodies so the adjustment can be very challenging to say the least.

As we have said before, the main component will be your connection to your Spiritual Self as the changes will become more acute. Think of the alignment of the planets with Saturn representing your own foundation. It is important to know what is your foundation, why you are guided to do certain tasks, and what the end result may mean for you. You don’t want to bring elements into alignment that are an opposite polarity of what you are trying to integrate within yourself.The remaining planets represent the different aspects of your psychological self to be put into wholeness.

Mercury is the communicator. How do you communicate to others?

Mars is the key to how you perceive your own energies by allowing your intuitiveness to be your guide and not your Mental Mind.

While Jupiter allows for the expansion of your physical consciousness into the higher realms.

Venus brings the beauty and harmony that is important to expand out of your field into the world around you as you share the Love That You Are Becoming.

All you have to do is look at the weather patterns and see that Gaia is experiencing the same type of conditions within her full-body system. The extreme challenges that are occurring within the planet are resulting in high temperatures and then lower temperatures. High levels of precipitation is occurring as these elements are being focused into Gaia’s core essence. This is the see-saw effect that is happening within and around the planet. There will be areas of concern for individuals, and then there will be a feeling of peace in other places around the globe.

In order to fully actualize the Divine Laws of the Universe the laws have to be applied to the consciousness of humanity individually and collectively. So what happens within that process is that elements are disrupted due to not being in alignment with that initial concept of Oneness.

All that do not adhere to the acceptance of the Light will be revealed and changed.

This is exactly what is occurring at this time as the earth is moving in her evolution towards enlightenment. When a society moves from being very un-awakened to an awakening, it takes many moments of the creative process to be initiated. This is the process that you are all experiencing at this time.

Yes, there are great challenges, but each of you has a contract to be here, to experience it, and to see it flourish into a more evolved society where many more will choose to be part of the Divine Oneness.

The Heavens are aligning with the Earth as all the Human Angels are becoming aware of their role in the New Earth.

Each of you are the Human Angels and you have traveled far and wide to come to this place in time. You arrived in the beginning and chose to stay to assist. You have spent many lifetimes trying to bring Light to this planet and have endured so very much. It is time for the releasement of all you have held within your system. It is no longer necessary to hold it within you; it is your time to fully accept your Divinity of Light within the physical existence.

Remove these elements, my Dearest Ones, as the time will be coming that you will accept what you have chosen to experience. The transition from the dark into the light is not an easy one to experience. Let it Be, my dearest Ones. As we now see, the light within this planet. It is shining deeply in Gaia’s core; each of you. You are removing lifetimes and lifetimes of your old existence in order to truly Be One Within Yourself as you desired it to be a long time ago.

Allow this transition that you are experiencing to be one of Greatness. As each moment that you have to change, you are re-charging the molecules surrounding your essence as others will feel your ability to transform the self. Others will follow in your steps. So please continue the journey of re-birth.

When you feel frustrated beyond endurance, take a break. Get a new perspective. Go in a different direction for a while. Don’t meet up with what is frustrating you right now. Put it aside.

Frustration is raucous music. You don't have to listen to it. Take a walk and restore yourself. Do something that you like to do. Consider you have a school holiday and make the most of it.

When you are consumed with frustration, look out the window, read a romance novel, take a nap, do something that you like to do and that gives you a modicum of joy and may get your mind off what ails you.

This is not running away. Too much is too much. Frustration is not intended to be an endurance test for you. You do not have to prove to yourself that you can withstand continued dire frustration. This is a time to break off this entanglement for a while.

When you feel you can’t hack the frustration any longer, this is a good sign that you can’t hack it any longer. This is not defeat. This is time for a truce, for, truly, you have been making war with frustration.

Many things, even most things, will heal themselves. Most frustration is going to go anyway with or without your pushing it away. The rain will stop. Electricity will go back on. A flood will recede. What is frustrating you won’t always be around. Divert yourself from your reservoir of overbearing attention on that which you find frustrating. Get your mind off.

It doesn’t matter that whatever you are dealing with may not be frustrating to someone else. Someone else may enjoy working on what drives you up a wall. Someone else may love dealing with it. There are other aspects of life that are pleasure for you that may not be joy for someone else. So what? What does anyone else have to do with what appears as an immense wall to you right now?

Take a break. Be good to yourself. Dealing with frustration is not meant to be the sum total of your life. What is frustration anyway? It is something that is opposed to the smooth-running efficiency of what you certainly want and which you believe, at intense moments, is your need.

Your needs are few, beloveds. One great need, however, is peace. Put peace before whatever may be thwarting you.

Whether you should or should not be frustrated is not a question to ask. It is irrelevant. There simply are times when you need a break. Should or should not has nothing to do with it. You are responsible for your well-being. As an adult, you are responsible for your own well-being, no one else is. You can’t wait for someone to come to save you from what you find intolerable.

Of course, I am not telling you to run away from everything you don’t like. Not at all. At the same time, you do not need to play yourself all over the field. You are not to test yourself as to how far you can go. I am telling you that when you need a break, you need a break. You don’t have to stick your chin out.

Of course, bear in mind that when you are frustrated, this is an agreement you have made. You agreed to it. You don’t have to decide that you have to become frustrated and then bear frustration until you just can’t any longer. This is a deal that you made with yourself. Go ahead. This contract is another thing you are to break off from. Break this old contract now.

Of course mostly the attacker has so buried his true feelings that when he attacks he is convinced that he is defending himself against an unwarranted attack, an attack that threatens his life and his livelihood. Defense and attack are inseparable, two sides of the same insane issue. Only Love will bring peace. Love starts within yourselves. Many of you were to some extent unseen, unwanted, found not good enough, or abused as children, and that treatment led you to believe yourselves to be unworthy and unlovable. This belief is utterly wrong! God’s message to you, delivered through many messengers and in many forms is that you are Love, that you are unconditionally loved because He created you perfect to live eternally with Him in everlasting Joy. The separation is unreal, an unpleasant dream or terrifying nightmare from which you will awaken. The path to that awakening goes within, to the deepest level of your awareness and then even deeper. You get there by spending time quietly alone, by letting all thoughts and distractions – emotional, psychological, or physical – just flow by without engaging with them. You may well be very surprised by some of the “stuff” that floats into your minds. Observe it, acknowledge it, and let it pass. Later, it may be sensible to look at some of the “stuff” that arose, and see if it is inappropriately coloring your attitudes and beliefs – for instance encouraging you to believe in your unworthiness or unlovableness. In that case remind yourselves that because you are, and always have been, and always will be divine children of God, you remain perfect, just as He created you, and that therefore you are completely lovable. From that moment of insight make a point of treating yourselves lovingly in every moment, regardless of what appears to be happening in the outside world. Another’s judgment of you will always be invalid. With God’s help, and that is always available to you, you can see anything that you may need to change about any of your ingrained beliefs and behaviors, while at the same time forgiving yourselves for any errors or mistakes you appear to have made. There is only Love. You, therefore, are Love. It really is that simple, and as Love you are infinitely loving and lovable. The frequencies of light are ever changing in each day, hour, and minute. That is what you will be experiencing during this cycle of acceleration. We are honored to communicate with each of you. We represent the Unified Whole Command of the 144^th dimensional energies with Master Thoth, Master Einstein, and the Great Divine Director. Our role is to assist each of you in understanding the dynamics of the earth changes and how you may help yourself through the process of GREAT CHANGE. We are so divinely excited to be able to walk with each of you through these changes and want to reiterate to you that we represent the Source of Light that each of you reside from – your True Beginning. So we ask you to take a breath and feel our energies as we expand our essence through the writings of our communication. As the month of January as represented a new beginning within a new year, it can hold elements of anticipation as the energy starts to enfold. As we speak at this time, of the third quarter of the month, we see that there is great confusion but yet also an alignment of energy that is helping many of you to understand that it is all in Divine Order. If you can come to that realization, then you are on the right track. The Universal Laws will become more commonplace in your consciousness as the teachings of the old ways are becoming your Way of Being. That is truly what is starting to occur within this year, but with it comes great turbulence as some of the energies are going to fight against those teachings that truly come from the truth of the eternal self. Let us take a look of what is happening energetically within the planetary system. On the 20^th of this month there has been alignment between five of the planets within your solar system which will last for 30 days. This is a testimony of what can be to occur but within the understanding of the planets in alignment there comes a period of re-growth. As these planets are all working within the symmetry of the Earth, they are exhibiting a forceful bond between one another. Each of their essences brings forth a special understanding but the focus within the Solar System is to show that these elements are starting to come into alignment. What happens when this occurs is that whatever does not fit that connection of light, there will be conflicting energies that will result. Let’s take a look at them: Mercury of Communication and Understanding Venus of Beauty and Harmony Mars of Energy and Intuitiveness Jupiter of Expansion and Belief of the Cosmos Saturn of Being Fixated towards a Cause, a Reason for existence and in-depth study of the situation Each of these planets represent a higher order of understanding as they bring forth the ability to look at life in a very positive experience. Saturn is the planet that is holding the energies for the rest of the planets. The cause brings a New Order of Life. Mercury brings forth the ability to communicate more clearly, Mars shares its essence of an energetic exchange through being very insightful; Jupiter shares its essence of expanding the concept and belief that there is more than is being shown presently as Venus is the harmonization of love and peace of all the elements coming together in Oneness. If you take this explanation of what is happening around the earth and bring it forth into your own experience, we are sure that you would see that a new consciousness is being created. Aren’t you changing in each moment of your creation? Each of these elements can be understood on a personal level and how to adjust how you are dealing with your life into accepting the New You. The cause of your existence is changing; you are learning that the foundation you have had is now being reinforced with a sense of your higher self. Just as Gaia is expanding through her consciousness all of humanity is doing the same. The difference is that part of humanity accepts the new way of understanding that life is changing for them. The other part is still cloaked in their darkness and cannot see the Light that they truly are – their source of existence. The difference between the two is that one part of humanity is becoming enlightened of what they have not known and the other part is not awakened to the possibilities that are being presented. As this alignment has occurred, it will create great change in the frequency of the Earth. There will be extreme conditions in the bodily functions. Remember, it is about experiencing the alignment but also to incorporate the changes in your four-body system. So there can be great revelations of what is occurring for you. Those of you that are working through the first seven levels of your Planetary Ascension (which represents most all awakened beings) will find that your emotions can become very raw. As the energy is changing, it is working through the Emotional and Mental bodies for them to become aligned within each other. Deep meditations or utilizing special healing tools will assist in the process. Your subconscious is being worked upon with issues you have been having. You may find that you are anxious in one moment and then very calm in another. This is allowing you to move into the state of Divine Oneness. Utilize spiritual tools to help you become more focused with your Higher Self energies. In both cases of the higher initiation levels and the lower, the physical body will be affected in many different ways. There may be periods of acute feelings within the physical body where there are weaknesses. It may feel like you are healing continuously through the issues you have been dealing with. Your sleep state can be erratic. One day you are wide-awake after three or four hours, and another you are sleeping continuously. On the days of being so awake, it is time to do the inner reflection, writing, connecting to the Ascended Master State of Consciousness. Your light quotient can increase but it is up to each individual person to sustain it. Sometimes when this happens a person feels it is uncomfortable so they do things to try and push it away. Grounding these energies in through the Earth Star and restructuring your foundation is the most important way to deal with the inconsistencies. This is because this awareness of the dimension frequencies is coming into alignment at this time. Inter-dimensional travel is very acute and can happen in a moment’s notice. It is important to take time to process every emotion or thought that is coming into your awareness. Some moments may seem more challenging than others. In any case this time is one of great reflection and each moment can be different than the other. The important element is to become very accepting of what is happening for you and not to step into the world of uncertainty. Be one with your I AM Presence. The moon energies of January and February will also reflect these changes. So it is imperative to be grounded with yourself, do your inner work, and understand your inner self, and less concerned with the outer self. These suggestions will help you tremendously to get through these elements. The most important element that we can share is that your stability must come from within as changes are occurring immensely within the planet and within your own energetic system. Your Etheric bodies are becoming more acutely aware of what is happening in the emotional and mental bodies so the adjustment can be very challenging to say the least. As we have said before, the main component will be your connection to your Spiritual Self as the changes will become more acute. Think of the alignment of the planets with Saturn representing your own foundation. It is important to know what is your foundation, why you are guided to do certain tasks, and what the end result may mean for you. You don’t want to bring elements into alignment that are an opposite polarity of what you are trying to integrate within yourself.The remaining planets represent the different aspects of your psychological self to be put into wholeness. Mercury is the communicator. How do you communicate to others? Mars is the key to how you perceive your own energies by allowing your intuitiveness to be your guide and not your Mental Mind. While Jupiter allows for the expansion of your physical consciousness into the higher realms. Venus brings the beauty and harmony that is important to expand out of your field into the world around you as you share the Love That You Are Becoming. All you have to do is look at the weather patterns and see that Gaia is experiencing the same type of conditions within her full-body system. The extreme challenges that are occurring within the planet are resulting in high temperatures and then lower temperatures. High levels of precipitation is occurring as these elements are being focused into Gaia’s core essence. This is the see-saw effect that is happening within and around the planet. There will be areas of concern for individuals, and then there will be a feeling of peace in other places around the globe. In order to fully actualize the Divine Laws of the Universe the laws have to be applied to the consciousness of humanity individually and collectively. So what happens within that process is that elements are disrupted due to not being in alignment with that initial concept of Oneness. All that do not adhere to the acceptance of the Light will be revealed and changed. This is exactly what is occurring at this time as the earth is moving in her evolution towards enlightenment. When a society moves from being very un-awakened to an awakening, it takes many moments of the creative process to be initiated. This is the process that you are all experiencing at this time. Yes, there are great challenges, but each of you has a contract to be here, to experience it, and to see it flourish into a more evolved society where many more will choose to be part of the Divine Oneness. The Heavens are aligning with the Earth as all the Human Angels are becoming aware of their role in the New Earth. Each of you are the Human Angels and you have traveled far and wide to come to this place in time. You arrived in the beginning and chose to stay to assist. You have spent many lifetimes trying to bring Light to this planet and have endured so very much. It is time for the releasement of all you have held within your system. It is no longer necessary to hold it within you; it is your time to fully accept your Divinity of Light within the physical existence. Remove these elements, my Dearest Ones, as the time will be coming that you will accept what you have chosen to experience. The transition from the dark into the light is not an easy one to experience. Let it Be, my dearest Ones. As we now see, the light within this planet. It is shining deeply in Gaia’s core; each of you. You are removing lifetimes and lifetimes of your old existence in order to truly Be One Within Yourself as you desired it to be a long time ago. Allow this transition that you are experiencing to be one of Greatness. As each moment that you have to change, you are re-charging the molecules surrounding your essence as others will feel your ability to transform the self. Others will follow in your steps. This is not running away. Too much is too much. Frustration is not intended to be an endurance test for you. You do not have to prove to yourself that you can withstand continued dire frustration. This is a time to break off this entanglement for a while. When you feel you can’t hack the frustration any longer, this is a good sign that you can’t hack it any longer. This is not defeat. This is time for a truce, for, truly, you have been making war with frustration. Many things, even most things, will heal themselves. Most frustration is going to go anyway with or without your pushing it away. The rain will stop. Electricity will go back on. A flood will recede. What is frustrating you won’t always be around. Divert yourself from your reservoir of overbearing attention on that which you find frustrating. Get your mind off. It doesn’t matter that whatever you are dealing with may not be frustrating to someone else. Someone else may enjoy working on what drives you up a wall. Someone else may love dealing with it. There are other aspects of life that are pleasure for you that may not be joy for someone else. So what? What does anyone else have to do with what appears as an immense wall to you right now? Take a break. Be good to yourself. Dealing with frustration is not meant to be the sum total of your life. What is frustration anyway? It is something that is opposed to the smooth-running efficiency of what you certainly want and which you believe, at intense moments, is your need. Your needs are few, beloveds. One great need, however, is peace. Put peace before whatever may be thwarting you. Whether you should or should not be frustrated is not a question to ask. It is irrelevant. There simply are times when you need a break. Should or should not has nothing to do with it. You are responsible for your well-being. As an adult, you are responsible for your own well-being, no one else is. You can’t wait for someone to come to save you from what you find intolerable. Of course, I am not telling you to run away from everything you don’t like. Not at all. At the same time, you do not need to play yourself all over the field. You are not to test yourself as to how far you can go. I am telling you that when you need a break, you need a break. You don’t have to stick your chin out. Of course, bear in mind that when you are frustrated, this is an agreement you have made. You agreed to it. You don’t have to decide that you have to become frustrated and then bear frustration until you just can’t any longer. This is a deal that you made with yourself. Go ahead.
