Pauline has been a massage therapist since 2009. She graduated from the American School of massage Therapy. Pauline is a licensed member of the Florida State Massage Association in good standing with the National Council of Massage and Body Works.

Pauline was born and raised in the UK. As a youngster she was a five mile cross county runner and performed in the 1500 and 800 meter races. In 1983 she stated out as a bodybuilder and was taken up by a coach member of the Ametuer Weight-Lifting Association. In 1985 she became British's number One Women's Weight-Lifting Champions for her weigh class. She went on to become one of the highest ranked womens weight-lifers across Europe and the world.
