My name is Irina Greer, and if my name makes you wonder "hmm, it is not American", you are absolutely right.

I am from Russia oroginally, and, relatively, new in the USA - seven years so far :). I speak with an accent, I write with an accent (you'll understand what I mean if you will continue to read), and I act with a Russen accent too. That is, if you come to my home, I'll offer you food and drinks at least three times, because my grandmother told me that "your friends might walk a long way to see you; make sure ther are comfortable, and not hungry". If I will come to your home, and you will offer me food and drinks, I will say no at least three times, because my grandmother told me that "it might be the last food in your friends home, make sure they are not hungry after yoou left". Contradiction? No kidding! So, if I annoy you sometimes, just remind me I am not in Russia anymore :). I am learning!

I like food, I like good food, but I like to cook only if I want to, not if I have to. I love BBQ, espesially with lots of friends and cold beer. I am ready, capable, and willing to do anything and everything at least once. Like rolle coasters.. I rode it once, and now I think it is a good way to get a heart attack. But I don't like the feeling of being scared. So, I will do it again, till I am not scared anymore. I just have to convince my heart first that it can be exiting and enjoyable, if so many people love it... like swimmimg- it is scary only first couple of times.. I also am a smoker, well, have to be honest. And yes, I know that kissing a smocker feels like liking an ashtray (ops, may be it is why I am single, never thought that before :)), so i am cutting down. And I do not smoke a pack per day, just so you know..

I am a fun lover, but am serious too, when it's time to be. I love to meet new people: it is so fascinating to me, how much alike and different we all are in the same time. We all want the same for our loved ones, our friends, and ourselves - to be healthy, loved, and happy. But the word "happy' has so many meanngs, so different for each of us!! Isn't it great?!! We all have something to complete each other, if we just would realize it, the world would be a big, happy, completed puzzel.
