I also sell a little program I wrote back in 1998 that helps pick lottery numbers. I spent some time working on the math, learned about how lottery wheeling works, and created a general purpose program to do it for you. I haven't updated that since '98, so it may not run on all PCs (Vista is sometimes annoying about that), but I'll make good if that's the case.
