      Management is where the large incomes in networking begin. It starts with helping your downline people enroll their first few people and continues with regular monitoring their organizational growth. If you are not helping your people enroll other people from their list and teaching them to do the same thing with their people you will never earn much money in network marketing. Communications is the life blood of management and your business plan should include your schedule for that activity.

      Management is also orchestration of your business building system. The system may be one your company or upline  promotes or one you have developed. Just make sure it is not based on a sales-marketing platform or you'll lead your downline in the wrong direction away from leverage and networking success.
