Summer 2008 is upon us and some who have the means to employ some of our younger members of our societies around the world  will need do so.

This applies to those on the internet and off-line, as traditionally done during the summer.

But as those business minded persons decide to do the above, they need to remember that this period is a good time to share and demonstrate some good business principles to others - the teens and young adults.

Working for the money and prosperity are good for all of us. But sometimes we forget about the good principles that make the finest business people successful. Things like respect, co-worker courtesy, integrity, cooperation, loyality and others are good to teach teens and young adults - and to show them on the job.

As those can do so will employ others this summer, we hope they will remember to pass-on some good business principles as well.
