Thank you posting. I have not seen such a comprehensive list of symptoms.

I will take a copy of that list to my GP but he will probably dismiss it as it is my arthritis.

Sorry I haven't been back with the recipe for swiss roll but I have mislaid my grandmother's recipe, but the one you mentioned sounds the same.
