Dear Pat, Kathleen and Myrna, I apologize for skipping your posts, but haven`t read them before. Beside having a very slow Internet connection (dial-up) for about 7 days, my comp/Windows became crazy. So, each my logging in, ends up unpredictably. I thank each of you for your friendly concern and a great advises. My cardiologist (actually, my very good friend who is cardiologist) always bored me to quit smoking. When he made ECG , and heart-echo (ultra-sound heart examination - do not ROTFL if this is "artificial English by Branka - I do not know to tell you either :) ), and specially after listening at my lungs .... HE WAS GREATLY SURPRISED FINDING OUT A CLEAR BREATH SOUND ... and luck of A N Y signs of being smoker. I practiced (until .... some time ago) BREATH-EXERCISES ETC ... and really still have beautiful teeth, skin and feel grate. Lord Jesus told to Mary from Magdala : "YOUR SINS ARE FORGIVEN becuse you commited them WITH love :) " OMG, am I not very skilled to justify my little human weakness ? LOL ! I totally understand. It has to be the right time FOR YOU.

The only advice that I will give is this.

The pain you feel is not a love of smoking but a fear of life without something that is part of it.

Keep telling yourself that SMOKING IS NOT MY FRIEND, IT PRETENDS TO BE.

You will find that EVENTUALLY your un-conscious will believe this. Then it is EASY.
