(Kurt) What is not understood is that the Police have no "police Power of any of the several States." They have no "Office" (mandatory and is required before you can have an Oath of Office as a public Officer) created by the Constitution of any of the several States or the Legislature of any of the several States. They are only "employees" of a fiction, i.e. a Municipality, etc. They are members of a paramilitary organization, i.e. they are military and they have not office of a civil nature. They operate under the "Use of Force Continuum" ("UFC") which is a step process which is an escalating use of force until you submit. These Regulations they the police operate what is exactly what the Uniform Code of Military Justice. The first UFC is officer present, the second is verbal commands - hello to the Fascist Gestapo. I drafted this for the Blue Grass Festival every year that is held north of Wasilla and the Alaska State Troopers empty out the Palmer Jail for their new "paying" customers. I cleared this with the owner and he passed this out to the about 1,600 people and Alaska State Troopers and their chopper didn't fare well against the people that knew what to do. It made the Alaska section of the paper for a couple of paragraphs. The Troopers were livid (lost $$$$$) and of course they share the same building the Palmer Police in Palmer. I was on a radio show out of Brockton , Mass when a woman called in about her false arrest. She said 20 years ago when she was 18, she asked the cop why he stopped her. The Cop falsely arrested her. The next day in court all the false charges were dismissed. Recently she tried to volunteer at her daughter's school as a chaperone. She was denied because of the FALSE ARREST record of dismissed charges from 20 years ago.
