Dear Michael:

Letting go of the pain and sorrow can take its own time...as much as we would love to rush and get through it...normally ..or it seems to me..it happens in fits and starts.  I wonder why we all react more strongly to poems that speak to such intense feeling...when we talk of joy...we almost take it for granted..amazing...huh?

As much as this poem is not comfortable...the fact is that it gives us pause to think...feel...and maybe it will help somone to know that how they feel...they are not alone
