I like this picture because it shows warts and all-like time stood still between sprucing her up and returning after the storm.
It has stood for over 100 years and I want to explore the history of what was going on around her in the ensuing years.
My mom had soething up her sleeves when she got this house to leave to me-set in the middle a a mysterious city at the mouth of the Gulf of Mexico and the Mississippi River.
