As long as Mr. Darwin is saying that R&R is part of a full life, then I would have to agree with that.  Stopping to smell the roses and a mindless few minutes on the lawn chair - yes, I consider them wasteful if they are in excess, and yet a very important ingredient to the ongoing process!!

I can tell you as an older person. the time you lose goes by faster every year.  Another waste of my time is going to a forum and seeing someone post only an ad for their products, etc.  Give me a time break please.
