Hi Joe, and Val!!
WOW - Joe, this is awesome information, and yet to me not all new!!
My husband has been hospitalized twice for electrolyte deficiency. Now that he is drinking X20 every day - I do not have to worry about him when he's home alone.
One of the minerals he was taking as a supplement was Magnesium and now he doesn't have to.
Here' what Xooma says:
"Exercise and prolonged activity cause you to lose vital, which are critical for nerve impulses and muscle contractions. Quickly replenishing lost electrolytes (minerals) is essential to peak physical performance. Major electrolytes needed by your body are calcium, magnesium, sodium, potassium, and chloride which can all be found in Xtreme X20."

Val, what you heard or read is the truth. If you do not have the minerals in your body, the vitamins we take are just like taking a sugar pill. They do us no good at all without the mineral content being present.
When my husband's doctor told us that we were both pretty blown away, because we were spending a small fortune on vitamins, and here we were being told we were, in essence, wasting our time!!
All it takes is some purified water, a tiny little tea bag, the willingness to drink it every day and $25 a month. It doesn't get any easier than this and the results I have experienced - phenominal!!
