Oh my, I am so moved by all of this. I just spent 30 minutes or so "staring" at Elizabeth and all the other children on video at her site and at all the information. Kids just break my heart; don't they yours? They smile while we are too sad to, and they laugh when we can't hardly. These kind of things are heart wrenching, and I think more so for the adults than the kids maybe.
Yes Bill I will do what I can to raise a voice for this family and will be the first to dig into my pocket. I'm sure even a little from alot of people will help.
Now don't worry about drifting off subject a little, because God is very Big and his hand is not shortened, and he is known for touching many along the way and still Never Forgetting the one whose need is the center of all attention.
My Brother, I have been feeling these days myself such a strange heavines; like the pressures of life working on us to a point that we feel nothing left to hold onto to in order to keep fighting. And I'm talking about within the family and our family relationships.
As I felt it I thought about the lengths and depths that we can be tried, and how we havn't even yet come into the day when our faith will be so tried in the dark hours that our very lives will feel at risk, as we are forced daily to choose whether to hold onto God for another day in a world that is becoming more evil, more anti-christ all the time.
And though such a day has not yet come in full, we can still sometimes "feel" the oppressions and fears inside ourselves.
So ye who have faith, remember all that God has told us about standing and about how to stand in evil days. And never forget that he has told us his Promises are sure, if we endure til the end.
My Brother, Never become weary, but even when you've lost all strength, remember that God's strength is made perfect in our weakness! To ever give up would be like if Christ had given up. That enemy of ours "wants" us to give up, and just knowing that tells us there is something big to lose if we do!
Remember that God is always on time, even when we think it's way past time. Hold on to your Faith regardless of what you see with your eyes! Beleive in the invisible, and the invisible God will honor and reward such immovable faith!
Even if you open your eyes and find your bed made in hell, continue to hold on tight to that invisible life line. If all men around you desert you and the Lord, still hold on.
Because He has said that such Faith in us indeed has great recompense of Reward. And I have seen it so that I know that God will move heaven and earth to stand by and "prove" his faithfulness.
In the guts of the earth where we may find our soul in utter anguish, so that we feel like a man all washed up and with no strength left at all, so that "every" human resource we have possibly ever had has been used up, so that a strong man cries like a baby to the Lord, in utter defeat and in the weakness of knowing he has no ounce of strength left....
To fight for things that appear to be long gone and impossible to regain....
"This" is where miracles are born. Where a man has nothing left and can do no more, This is where God steps in.
It's in the fires of life, that Do Hurt, that we are refined; never stop the process. Never pull away from the Master's Wheel. Unless or until you know with a knowing that that "God" says the wheel has stopped and cannot turn anymore, then make your life like a sacrifice, and you will not lose it but will save it!
Never deny what's in your very deepest heart, because what is there comes from the Lord who lives in that secret place. You know many voices do call and can overwhelm you to the point of near surrender. Resist them, and they will flee, and cling to the Lord, and hope in him; Look unto the hills, and keep your eye fixed there.
In the Love of the God,
Who "is" Real,
And whose promises are unto
those who trust in him, Kim
