Panda Pointers- Finding a Friend

Panda Pointers-Finding Friends Here you are in Adlandpro wanting to meet and make new friends. Perhaps some pointers will get you started to build a friends list. First you need to find profiles by looking here. 1. PEOPLE FIND Directions: open Adlandpro main page, click on networking at the top choose People Find This will open to a box where you can enter an interest you may have. For example would you like friends who have cats because you sell cat supplies? Choose a name, just for starters to begin looking for people who have a similar name. One day do all the people with the name John, then choose another name the next day. Choose a country or city so that you can advertise to a specific market. Choose your own state and make friends in your area. 2. POP UP PROFILES: As you work on the Adlandpro site you will notice in the lower left hand corner little profiles poping up to indicate people who are on line. Those would be good leads as you know they are active in Adlandpro. Click on the photo and the profile will open. Click on invite me tab. 3.POP UP FORUMS: A long box appears at the top of your screen when this site is open. These are present conversations going on. Click to open at the bottom. Hey there are a bunch of people you can invite. 4. FORUM VISITS Any forum you visit is a great place to meet friendly folks. Click on any picture and it opens to a profile. Join the forum and people could invite you. 5.BUILD A FORUM Make your own forum and as people answer, you can invite new people. Your forum pop up will bring people new people. Only your friends get invited so you need to pull in others. If you have a small friends list and don't get forum responses, don't stop just keep plugging away. My first forums had 4 visitors for a long time. You might want to enlist the help of a good promoter. 6.PERSONAL MAIL: Turn unwanted mail in your mailbox into a potential friend. Click on the name just above the message and their profile will. 7.VISIT ANOTHER PERSON'S FRIENDS LIST Make good active friends by going to another list, look for little green bulb which indicates that they are presently on line. As you go through the list you will find that the inactive members are at the end of the list. 8. REPORTS: http://community.adlandpro.com/reports.aspx On your main page you will find a tab "Reports". Here is a list people who are active in Adlandpro. Click on any title and hey, there's some real good resource people. Special information to consider. There are not 55,000potential friends to invite. These are registered persons who may have merely created a profile, or maybe left an ad on a one time basis. Some profiles are empty with only a name, indicating that the person changed their mind or is not looking for friendship. People are active for periods of time and then leave for a season. Situations do change in our lives. The word "friend" is the title of your list of contacts. These are internet people who may or may not have the best of intentions. Alliances are built with trust. Large lists of friends means one thing, the person has contacted many names over a length of time. It has nothing to do with being popular. (This isn't highschool) It has nothing to do with wisdom or success of a business. *********************************************************** Well that about covers finding friends. Not my friend then do invite me: http://community.adlandpro.com/go/mahofst/ Next is making friends. Watch for it. HAVE ANY OTHER GOOD PLACES TO MAKE FRIENDS HERE IN ADLAND? SOME OF YOU SEASONED MEMBERS LEND A HAND IF I MISSED ANYTHING. Mentoring for free. http://Mary.mentoringforfree.com I'm not your friend, invite me. http://community.adlandpro.com/go/mahofst/

Hi Mary,

Thanks for writing up this great forum! You did a wonderful job letting people know where and how to make new contacts here. However, you did leave out another great way to meet new people and that is through "The Welcome Wagon".

Come by and help us welcome our newest members to AdlandPro. People love getting all the welcome letters...it makes them feel right at home.

Come and visit the Welcome Wagon and make some new friends!

Mary: You must have been an English teacher or have done a lot of reading, you make sense so why don't people want to be healthy I don't understand their thinking.

Thanks, Bruce

Hi Marilyn, Thanks for that great suggestion. When you join anything don't you remember the first people who met you and extended a hand. I very well remember my first Adlandpro contact. I sat here and laughed because there was a picture of a little girl and the note said she wanted to be my friend. Well anyway, I also remember the first person who helped me learn a little about internet business. Shucks, I did not know what a URL was nor a browser. Unfortunately I was somewhat taken advantage of because I was constantly told to go join another program. At that time I believed and followed every direction given as it seemed they knew all about internet marketing. Excuse me for having a confession time.....LOL

Hi Bruce, Well you have 2 subjects here. First of all I failed English in college (not bad for an English, mother tongue person who knew no other languges). My career as a teacher is far, far, far removed from being an English teacher. Go read my "about me" on my profile. Second, why don't people want to be healthy? Same reason people don't want to hear that their program is a scam. Please, I am not speaking of your program. We want to be happy as we are and don't want to make changes. But then I digress don't I from the subject at hand. Thank you for reading about how to find friends. Hopefully everyone finds one little tit bit that helps.
