Another winner!
This is just the kind of informative article that a person can actually read! So many of them have the stuff you need to know, but you can't get past all the clatter-trap to find out what the heck it is.
Neil, if we could play with time travel, I would place you in the classroom so I could come sit as a dreamy eyed teen ager and just absorb the knowlege; vying with the other girls to be teachers pet!
I said it would be time travel!

Hi Sam.

You have done it again. Another blockbuster issue of Articles of Virtue. This time with an article we can all take to heart and learn from.

Hi Judy: you are brilliant as usual and your introduction is so right on. What I have seen of Neil on line is the passion shining through in everything he does.

Joe: Thanks for being the sponsor of this article and your words neatly sum up the direction of the article. You do everything with such good humour and sense of fun.(Which you can see, is important!)

Neil:

I love this article on several levels, there is the practical everyday tasks that we all need to do to grow and expand our businesses. We don't get where we are going with out doing the basics. Yet you hit on some really key qualities.

Focus: for the longest time I had trouble with this one. I would get off on paths I just didn't need to be doing and the important stuff you outline, didn't get done. And I think this is THE most common mistake new Internet marketers make.

Flexibility relates to making wise choices, and knowing when a program has run its course, or is not working for you and being able to adapt to change.

Fun. I am glad you included that. Fun makes all the other things possible. Enjoy the moment.

And Balance: Balance is the magic path between all the pitfalls of marketing.

You also make the point that this is not just for internet businesses. Our motto, and we do have fun with this, at work is Flex, adjust and modify. And believe me we do a lot of that. It's all part of the process.

Thank you for a wonderful article full of practical advice on how to acheive success in any thing.

On another level you advice applys to all of life.

You are a gifted teacher and talented writer.

I can't believe how good this forum is.!!!!

Hello Judy, Sam and Joe :-)

(Sorry Sam, but ladies first ;-)

This is a very useful Article Of Virtue, beside being so well presented!

Focus, Flexibility, Fun and Balance!

these are so very important in every domain of our life.
Without FOCUS one may be loosing direction, FLEXIBILITY helps ajusting yourself to "inprevisible", FUN - makes life easier and enjoyable and BALANCE ... you know the saying "what's too much, harms" - whatever that is :-)

Thank you Neil for this great reminder apliable anywhere in life,

Deep Look

and for the DEEP LOOK!
