I know many services like yahoo and others have people working night and day to stop people like this and work with law enforcement people from around the world to stop things like this

I am getting tons of them, too, but will never cease wonder how someone can think one would be "stupid" enough to click something from an unknown person. I would never do that.

My Worry here is that the senders name maybe a name familiar
to me - even if limited.  If the system sends an E-mail to your address
list, without your knowledge, with yours name and address on the mailing.

The reciever, gets an invitation from your infected computer through
your E-mail system:  When opened "They become infected".  They
may be dormant for sometime or awaiting a special occassion to
activate. 

This is a nightmare I hope does not occur:  Just a personal fear of mine.
Just thinking that it is not far fetch to think it could happen.  For this
reason, I do not open up CARDS - PROGRAMS - Or anything until I have
spoken (communicated with the sender) and know what to expect.

The sender can INTENTIONALLY Infect my computer:  But at lease I know
who and how.
