	Is it healthy to write poetry? For me it is. Writing poetry helps me cleanse my inner conscious of feelings not dealt with. It is a great way to deal with stress. 	What is beautiful you ask? The first light of the day. Watching someone wake up. Early morning hugs and kisses. Sleepy smiles... Hearing the birds chirping. The way birds fly. Fresh morning air. A ripe tomatoe in the garden. The first sign of green from a seed. Flowers of all kinds. Fresh cut and trimmed lawn. Children playing in the sprinkler. Laughing... A puppy's happy walk. Newborn foals. Babies snuggled up to their mother. Funny shaped clouds in the blue sky. Looking into a dolphin's eye. Watching fish swim in a school. Water falling into a pool. A rainbow in the mist. Sitting on top of a mountain. A sad face turning into a smile. Friends ROTFL... Being with a delightful soul mate. A spectacular colorful wild sunset. The night sky full of stars. A child's prayer. 	This poem was inspired by a post made by Branka Babic in her 108th POTW forum. It is my gift to my majestic friend. A heart for the giver! You wrote my name in a heart, Then painted it into the bark By carving it on a tree, And shared it with the breeze... The uniqueness of which you speak, Is created each moment we meet Like when you are caught in my sight! And glistening in the light... Where could this dearest one be, While always busy and in a hurry Wings so hot, it is incredible? And never ceasing to be immeasurable... Tis the wonder of all nature, How everything received its nomenclature All majestic and adorable? And into the books they are explorable...
