Kenneth, The only way to rid these kind of people are to report them. Im glad you took the time to report this. There are always a couple of bad apples. Some people just dont get it but I commend you for fighting this

Hi Kenneth, Thanks for the post! It is really sad that we have to tolerate this kind of behavior in the world and online. I don't know who's pay-pal account this person was referring to, however I hope they notified pay-pal to be on the look out for any abnormal activity. Kenneth, Report them! Block them! Remove them from your members list! You can do the same with Scam Artistis.
