Hi everyone,

Believing your daily activity boosts your health is true.  But when Harvard researchers told housekeepers that cleaning was enough exercise to benefit their health, they lowered their blood pressure by nearly 10% and shed an average of 2 pounds in 4 weeks.  Meanwhile, housekeepers who weren't clued in didn't see the same results, showing how the placebo effect can influence the outcome of an exercise routine.  Feel good about every bit of activity that you do, even on days that you are rather sluggish.  An attitude adjustments may expose a healthier you!
