Re: The Natural Law of Rhythm

One thing I've learned is feeling grateful will always help to bring the good times around much faster. It must have to do with the Law of Attraction. If I have a challenge I try to think about what I'm grateful for. There is so much.

I'm grateful for friends like you taking the time to express yourselves in this forum and  sharing your beautiful thoughts with us.

Thank you so much,

G. Lee

Life constantly changes. We have times our cheese is moved (Read Who Moved My Cheese)
This book helped me when I was going through a divorce and helped my husband when the best man for our wedding nearly quit. I had read in a wedding planning book that it was totally all right to request that the only children will be the ones in the wedding. That did NOT apply to a rural area and certainly not to the maid of honor's sister who told her whole bunch that this was outrageous and who did we think we were.
I remember reading the book and it helped a lot.
Now I am tickled there is one for children.
That has blessed our family wonderfully.
Though the books of the world are well and good, Nothing and I mean absolutely nothing of this world helps like when we pray for the peace that passes all understanding. I used to think that this was in deaths only but I have received grace and releif through many regular day by day situations.
I praise my Jesus every day for the Peace that passes all understanding.

Thanks,
The Pastor

Hello Susan,

Welcome to Adland and thank you for your great book recommendation. I read Who Moved My Cheese a few years ago. It's a wonderful book, espeicially for those who may be going through some challenges with change in their lives. It's a terrific example of the Law of Rhythm.

The book is an analogy with mice as the characters. It realates how there is always an open door waiting for us when one closes.  All we need to do is simply walk through it. We're usually the ones that make it hard on ourselves by doing the same things over and over.  I'm so glad to know there is one out for children.  I'll definitely be buying that one!

Thanks for your great input,

G. Lee
