Re: Introduction from Scams Watchdog

Hi Roadcat,

About 7 or 8 years ago I used to run a website called Scambusters.  Due to real life issues I let the site go, which resulted in losing all of the information I had from back then.
I have only over the last couple of months decided to get back into this again.  So I don't have the link to the site.  Links to sites like that one are great, and I will take a look for it and see if I can get the link added to my site.  I am rebuilding my website from scratch right now.
A problem that I've been having with my current webhost is the inability to add content in a fast manner.  The new webhost and my new software will allow me to edit and add content much faster.  Which means a complete over all improvement to the website.

If you have any other companies that you are wondering about, let me know.  I'll be happy to research them.  I am also still going to continue to research this one some more as well.

Thank you,

Nigel

Hi Again Nigel,

I do go to a site that is similiar to the one you used to have.

http://www.scambusters.org

I like the site and it has loads of information but the layout is a bit confusing.  Problem is that it is hard to seperate what is scams and what the owners are promoting.  It is owned by Jim and Audrey Lansford.  It is a very valuable site.
Also, I find The Ripoff  Report and these othere sites great source for online and offline scams.

http://www.scamclub.com

http://www.hotscams.com

Hope to see your new site up and running soon.  When I find the site where you can test a site right there I will let you know.

Best Regards,
roadcat
