	Respected Friend Mary.........! Thank you for your invitation and this "wonderful" post. My middle name is "Khadar".....My father's name. Generally, we keep our father's name as our Middle Name in India....especially in South India. My full name is : Mohamed Khadar Gani.....Mohamed (being my our Religious name) - Khadar (being my father's name) and Gani - (my surname). Generally...they call me "Gani"......(LOL). 	Hi Mary, Herbert William here, just like my daddy. William was my grandfather. I dropped the JR after I got into my late teens as my dad passed away. Never liked either name, but I can live with Herb. I didn't was to saddle my son with the III, so we named him Robert James, we liked the name Rob for short after the Rob on 'My Three Sons' I am sure glad we didn't call him Sue, like in the Johnny Cash song.
