Hi Roger, I've only used the 'feedback' feature once, and that was because the person asked me to rate their site. I agree with Jenny, who put it quite well (she has a way with words!). I do have a question, though - are people notified when someone gives feedback? If not, maybe I need to check my area :-)

I don't think I have been notified when someone has left feedback,
but my memory isn't what it once was.
