Well, I don't think I have ever rated someone. I don't see why you would give someone a bad rating unless you had absolute proof of a wrong doing. I just don't care to dwell on a negative person - I just hit my delete button.

Hi Roger,

I am not a great fan of the rating system - it is open to abuse.

Ii work on the principal that a bad rating can make someone look very bad in the eyes of the community - especially new comers.  So if I dont feel like giving someone at least a 10,  I'm better off not posting any rating.   They are not a measure of anyone's business capacity or integrity.

These are seen as an indicator of many things  including your business capability or integrity.- but can be posted just because someone is in a bad mood with you or someone who doesnt know you but doesnt like the colour of your hair!  - even though they dont do business with you.

So - my conclusion - if you cant say anything nice - dont say anything at all.  And if you have said something not so nice - go back and up it to a 10 - unless you have had a bad BUSINESS  experience with that person.  Then and only then could it be legitimate.

Love
Jenny
