Celebrating
I just promoted my first team member to District Manager today with Arbonne. You can't believe how happy I am. This is a great milestone to achieve.
but...
the happy dance could be ending. This is one of good news/bad news things. I never dreamed I would have a successful team so I've been with Arbonne basically for my personal use so I never concentrating on recruiting business builders. I had one fall into my lap and now I'm in a unique situation which allows to promote up also. The obstacle in my way is the $1,000 personal sales requirement. Normally I would need to $6,000 in sales. When you basically had a customer base of 1, this is a hard milestone to reach.
Looking for help
