Dear Embodiments of LOVE,

SEE ALL BEINGS IN YOUR SELF AND ALSO IN ME(LORD)

LORD KRISHNA DECLARES in BhagawadGeetha;

Lord Krishna.

HOW TO MEDITATE?

SEE ALL BEINGS IN YOUR SELF AND ALSO IN ME(LORD)
Chapter IV Verse 33, 34 & 35

* Superior is “Knowledge-sacrifice” to “Sacrifice-with-objects,” O Parantapa. All actions in their entirety, O partha, culminate in knowldege.
* Know that by long prostration, by question, and service, the “wise” who have realised the Truth will instruct you in (that) ‘Knowledge.
* Knowing that, you shall not, O Pandava, again get deluded like this; and by that, you shall see all beings in your Self, and also in ME.

Dear Embodiments of LOVE,

Realise Self as the Self in all beings, though acting, YOU ARE not tainted.

LORD KRISHNA DECLARES in BhagawadGeetha;

Lord Krishna.

HOW TO MEDITATE?

Realise Self as the Self in all beings, though acting, YOU ARE not tainted.
Chapter V Verse 7, 8 and 9

* He who is devoted to the Path-of-action, whose mind is quite pure, who has conquered the self, who has subdued his senses, who realises his Self as the Self in all beings, though acting, is not tainted.

* "I do nothing at all," thus would the harmonised knower of Truth think seeing, hearing, touching, smelling, eating, going, sleeping, breathing,

* Speaking, letting go, seizing, opening and closing the eyes-convinced that the senses move among the sense-objects.

Dear Embodiments of LOVE,

YOUR SUPREME GOAL!!! - BE IN THAT (LORD) ALWAYS!!!

LORD KRISHNA DECLARES in BhagawadGeetha;

Lord Krishna.

HOW TO MEDITATE?

YOUR SUPREME GOAL!!! - BE IN THAT (LORD) ALWAYS!!!
Chapter V Verse 13 AND 17

* Mentally renouncing all actions and fully self-controlled, the "embodied" one rests happily in the nine-gate city, neither acting nor causing others (body and senses) to act.

* Intellect absorbed in That, (LORD) their Self being That, established in That, with That for their Supreme Goal, they go whence there is no return, their sins dispelled by knowledge.
