Our family is SO happy today.

Our beautiful grandaughter, who was diagnosed with leukemia two weeks ago is home.

She has a long battle ahead but she is strong and she has so much love from all over the world to help her.

Thank you if you have been praying for her.

I had to sing a song to celebrate love.

Roasted Brussels Sprout and Rosemary Red Onions

Forget the Brussels sprouts you knew as a kid - when roasted, they become addictively sweet and tender.

Ingredients

Serves:

• 1 1/2 pounds Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
• 4 small red onions, cut into wedges
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• 2 tablespoons chopped fresh rosemary leaves
• 1 teaspoon kosher salt
• 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
• 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
