I agree with Bea. I would have called the police and animal control and turned them in for cruelty to animals and had a police officer escort me to save the dog if they would allow it. Chances are they would have just taken care of the problem themselves. All of us who love animals have to think clearly before doing anything rash that can get us into trouble! I will sign the petition amnyways because she doesn't deserve to go to jail for this while the abusers go scot free!
