Hey Fellow Networkers,

I have 3 associate positions in Mannatech Inc. The company has asked me to sell or give the 3rd to family. I will keep the other 2 positions and train the individual who buys this 3rd position. I am only selling to meet the requests of Mannatech's legal dept.

The position has 1,200+ memebers and distributors in the downline. Gross revenue for the last 12 months is $47,000. + USD. Total sales volume for the last 12 monthes is about $190,000 USD.

The webpage associated with the position is listed 2nd on MSN's organic listings( Ambrotose ) and has been indexed by google.

About 91% of the downline is members(customers) and about 9% are distributors. About 15% of the cutomers are actively ordering - many of the others would order if someone called them!

Does anyone have advice on what this position may be worth?
