Although time is a precious commodity these days for me, I always have time for my friends; online and off. Always... :)
Yes, the Gamma Knife is much less intrusive then traditional brain surgery. And much less dangerous as well. (even though there are still serious risks involved).
I have to admit that I didn't know much about the Gamma knife, but having done some research, I felt a bit better about Linda's surgery (okay, just a teeny bit - LOL).
Linda is not a member of our community here at ALP. She is an offline friend of mine. I had been praying like a mad woman, and decided that it would be better if I had a whole herd of folks praying for her. So, I turned to my friends at ALP. The people in this community have shown me compassion, and caring time and time again. And I treasure being here.
