Thank you for sharing this useful information, specially the "crying baby" situation is new for me.  Women can be easy target to this.  I like to give one more helpful hint.  When somebody put an advertisement to your car when you are sitting inside, don't walk out after he or she left.  Usually people stepping out from their cars, living the door open and their purses stay in the car.  What happens next:  the person who put the flyer to your car has a partner who watching you from close.  When you step out from your car, he or she jumps to the car and steal your car and/or your personal belongings.
