Congratulations for Hitting The Major Spotlight at Adland - Now that's a Success Story if I ever heard one.
Anyway, Stop beating up on yourself. Man, I take a realistic view of Life and Success.
1> First, Success is Relative - its just a frame of mind or perspective view.
2> There are unwritten laws of life - like only 5% of people make it in any business - now what can do you about that?
3> The only thing you can do is to wait for the 3rd law to kick in.
Which is "Timing Is Everyting!" So you work and wait... if The Third Law doesn't kick in after all your efforts and commitmet -
Remember there is is the Clint Eastwood's exception which I apply every day to my life..."A man should know his limitations" and mine just about ran out with post.
