Here you get a nice comment on her OUZO that is included in her recipe.

Ouzo is a Latin word derived from the word uso meaning use. Greek word for white spiritus. It is like Aquavit whith anise in it.

Legend. THe Greeks were famous on wine and strong drinks production.
Hey Remember Dionysus (Bacchus).
At That time they produced most of the Ouzo in the county Tyrnavos. At Roman age most of Ouzo was exported to Rome.

On the Boxes it was writen UZO ROMA (for use in Rome).  A farmer coma to the place and saw some workers pack ouzo in boxes. He asked them what does it say here? Theya nswerd USO ROMA. Oh This porduct is for Rome. So it is USO for Rome. Yes.
