	The art of living is the art of knowing how to believe lies. Never lie to yourself, be honest with yourself and others always. The only people who are mad at you for speaking the truth are people who are living a lie. Keep speaking the truth. Champagne, if you are seeking the truth, is better than a lie detector. It encourages a man to be expansive, even reckless, while lie detectors are only a challenge to tell lies successfully. What lies behind us and what lies before us are tiny matters compared to what lies within us. It is an occupational hazard that anyone who has spent her life learning how to lie eventually becomes bad at telling the truth. It's hard to ignore the way a person's heart feels even though the mind knows the logic. In the end whether a person listens to the heart or the mind they still end up sacrificing something. People will judge you based on what they've heard about you, but that's their problem not yours. If they want to believe lies that's on them. Life isn't about how to survive the storm,it's about how to dance in the rain. You have every right to a beautiful life. NEVER be ashamed of your problems... Your body... Yourself... YOU are worth LIFE. If you believe in yourself anything is possible.
