1 cup Kale (Remove Stems and discard)
1 Avacado (Remove the peel and seed and discard)
1/2 Banna
1/2 cup Pineapple juice
1 the juice of one lemon freshly squeezed.
1 cup of Mineral Water
4 Ice Cubes
1 tsp of Avacado oil or 1 tps of Almond oil

1 cup soy milk or almond milk
1 tsp almond oil or Avocado oil
4 ice cubes
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until you achieve the desired consistency. Add more liquid such as water or soy milk if needed.

1 packet of low-calorie sweetener if desired.

1 tsp of almond oil
