Hi Phil,

Here is a good bread for anyone and it is very easy to make along with being good for all.

Coconut Flour Bread

Instead of buying commercial bread, which contains gluten and other unhealthy ingredients such as canola, corn or other unhealthy oils, refined sugar, etc. try this super easy recipe made from healthy coconut flour bread. Besides being gluten-free and free of any unhealthy ingredients, it is also delicious.

Ingredients

6 eggs (preferably cage free organic eggs)
1/2 cup melted coconut oil or butter
1-2 tablespoons raw honey (optional)
1/2 teaspoon HImalayan or sea salt
3/4 cup coconut flour
1 teaspoon baking powder ( aluminum free)*

*Make your own aluminum-free baking soda with this super easy recipe:

Directions:


1. Mix all ingredients together and pour into a small buttered loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.

2. Turn the loaf out and cool completely on a rack before serving. That’s it! Enjoy.

Note: If you are looking to make a healthier bread without the use of coconut flour you could try using sprouted grain flour. You do not have to soak it as you would non-sprouted grain flour, so it comes together almost as easily as this coconut bread.
