If you are still having problems with your keyboard, Mark Dewey has a new forum up called AdlandPro Learning center. The first thread is Computer ussues, problems, and fixes. Shirley's laptop was in safemode and she could not get it out. I went to this thread and we the help that we received, Shirley is now back up and running. Here is the link.
