Hi Roger, Try to think of the most positive end-result and visualize backwards until you get to the problem of now, and see if any solutions come to you. Also think of everyone you've ever known, even those people who have already passed on, and their personalities and best advice during a crisis, or what advice you think they'd give you, in their own voice and demeanor, and wrap yourself in those thoughts and remembered voices and warmth and hopefully you'll find an answer. |
