Thank you Bogdan, the information is really interesting. The idea of putting applicants through the community first is a good one. This is something that I always wanted but didn't know was possible. This is the sort of thing that might help a lot. My concerns have been due to the lack of interaction but also due the the POTW and POTY forums. The arguments that ensue are more damaging than the lack of interest. I will hang on in here and hope that that matter doesn't get out of hand.
