This usually happens when economical situation worsens, and when people start analyzing what went wrong. But I would not want to concern ourselves with too many details as this is only mudding the waters. The current monetary system is the root of the problem and no matter how democratic is the system, there will be always ways to corrupt it. The monetary system we have currently " where money is created out of nothing" is the source of corruption as not only benefits those who create those money but gives them a free hand in manipulating the system at their will. Unfortunately governments are up to their necks in this scam. They like this idea as they don't need to raise the taxes to get funds but they just borrow them from central banks, like Federal Reserve. The average person doesn't care about the debt which is being created through this channels and believes that it is a government problem. Governments and bankers make this everybody's problem through crisis like this one, when people loose everything through foreclosures and job losses. This is when they get even. They get all you ever had. Your house, your car and your shirt. By the way I have re-added 7 parts of the movie which demonstrates how Federal Reserve has been created and how the monetary system is enslaving all of us and makes us slaves of Rockefellers, JPMorgans, Rothschilds and Goldman-Sachs.
