Hi Stephen and everyone. I hope that I can help someone not to make the same mistakes as I've made. I've joined a lot of autosurfs and found out what made a lot of them go under. They didn't calculate how much they'd be paying out or think about the fact that giving away free paid memberships would give them free paid members who would expect payment when they didn't pay anything in. Also it can cause a lot of problems for the ones who do pay. They're paying for people who aren't paying anything and not receiving the amount they would if everyone was paying. Free members should be free for only a trial basis and upgrades should only last for a certain length of time to make the program last. I'm starting out slow with my programs and I'm determined to make them last for the long haul, even if I don't have many members right now, they will grow. And when people refuse to upgrade and just want to take advantage of the free traffic, they'll have a certain amount of time to play and then it's time to get serious. No money in means no money out. If people want to earn, they need to realize that we spend our money to buy the scripts and pay for hosting, and most of us are working to help you make money. The least you can do is spend a few bucks and refer a few people to your own affiliate url so you can earn the money you need. We work hard to make this good for you, so it's not too much to ask for people to upgrade and spend a little bit of an investment in YOUR own business. Yeah sure there are greedy people in these businesses who only want what they can get from you, but for the most part we are honest and hard working people who really care about helping you to succeed.
